I think I'm gonna go get me a Sophie burger too now...side of biscuits and gravy...wash that down with some diet soda or something...Traps made me hungry for it.

Oh, and don't forget the grilled cheese....

He probably picked up shop and went somewhere where having a crap diet was met with a pat on the head and a "that's ok, any excuse is a good one"...his avatar kinda showed that.

LOL - you need to read this one next.......it is classic too. Title of the thread is "10 weeks out" - best post is at the beginning, where IronMax says something like - "you are more like 6 months out".........

yup, IM kinda laid it on the line for her.

To this day I still wonder exactly what kind of competition this was/is she was involved with...if they didn't want people with low BF%. Every fitness competition I've ever seen, they look pretty lean.

Must have been all the grilled cheese and biscuits.

Nice numbers...

LOL - only thing that allowed me to drive was tons and tons of water on the way down (well that and cruise control). I was literally pissing in water bottles on the way down there, because one of my kids was usually asleep when I needed to stop and drain. lol

We stopped about 3:00am in some ghetto town just south of Columbia, SC (Orangeburg maybe?)......that was about 11 hours in. Finished it up the next day.

Man, it is great here. Heading over to Orlando next week (EMC World) and then back here the week after that.

Thanks man.

I love when she says that proper diet (which she doesn't have) would risk her health and her school career.

4 sets of squats, 4 sets of leg press, 4 sets of SLDL and 4 sets of calves...my legs were done lol...AND then i had to bike home...i was walking like a moron BEFORE the bike ride which usually takes 25 mins....it took me 50 after the workout, and im still in terrible pain 10 hours later LOL...but ill say this...all this biking to school everyday (and to work) its about 90 kilometers a week + leg workouts i think my legs have grown an inch in like 2 weeks lol...but jesus do they ever hurt lol
