Bad news.............
Played some v-ball again after work today and I fvcked up my left knee. This is the same knee I blew out (ACL/MCL) playing ball a while back. So, I immediately went to the dr. He thinks it is torn cartilage, so I had an x-ray done. He gave me a cortisone shot and some anti-inflammitory meds. At this point I can barely walk, but at least the swelling is going down - lol. I am happy it wasn't a ligament tear again, but this pisses me off........guess I won't be squatting this week. We will see what happens with the x-ray. If it is just cartilage, he thinks it will heal in 8 weeks. They will do an MRI 2 weeks from now, to see if it is healing up. If it looks no better, it will require a scope. Two major injuries in one year. Guess I get to focus on my upper body for a while, lol.

Might run a cycle of DNP while I am not able to train fully for a while. Undecided on this so far........we shall see....

No doubt bro - I will.
95% of the logs I have read of the people who have used it, has been very positive. Most of the sh!t I have read negative has been people who have never used it and just go by the bad rap it has or from people taking too much.

Tuesday 9/19 - Dead Day
Rack Deads - Haven't done rack deads in a while. A different beast for sure. I found it more difficult than I recall without the leg drive. Doing rack deads, because of the fvcked up knee atm. 135 / 225 / 315 x warm 405 x 6 x 1 445 x 4 x 1 455 x 4 x 1 475 x 4 x 1 495 x 2 x 1 515 x 1 x 1 545 x 1 x 0 (fvcking exausted at this point, lol) - jesus, I didn't take enough time between the last few sets. lol - on the last one I sorta blacked out and kinda fell the fvck over. It's funny, when you load up this kinda weight on the bar, everone wants to friggin' watch (especially in an AF gym, where everyone does curls/bench), but when you are laying on the ground not a soul around. Thanks b!tches. Face Pulls 200 x 8 x 3 T-Bars 235 x 6 x 3 Zerchers 225 x 8 x 2 275 x 6 x 1 315 x 2 x 1 - damn, I fvcking hate these. Hypers BW+35 (285) x 8 x 3 Hips (abd/add) stack x 12 x 3 Some useless bicep nonsense.....pump it up, lol. Cardio for 30 minutes......
