Routine: Will go to gym and do the following 25 min of cardio (bike ect) 20 min + of weights Eats: Breakfast-1 eggwhilte sandwich with bacon and cheese/OJ Lunch-Salad & Water Dinner-1 Piece of Salmon (Baked) and a bowl of escarol Snacks-3 peanut butter granola bars at various times of the day what's wrong with this picture? 9/6/06 went back today
my official workout 2 days lifting and light cardio after 2 days cardio, probably about 20 min a day gradually increase 12-15 reps 2 sets of Day 1 Leg Press Leg Extension Ham String Calf Raise Day 2 Lat Pull Down Bench Press Shoulder Press Bicep Curl Tricep Extension Should be getting a meal plan put together soon for now water, no junk food |

did the first half of the workout concentrated on legs and a bit of cardio
decreased some reps b/c I was straining I'll get better as I keep doing it. The cardio is kicking my ass. I started with a quick 5min warmup before the lifting did the light cardio at the end of the work out. I can't decide which machine to use. Treadmill, bike stairmaster, eliptical? Right now the light cardio after the work out is 10 min or until I can't do anymore had a snack after every meal (fruit) but I fell off the wagon today and succumbed to the chocolate I was really pissed off today too because of work. The work outs are really doing me a world of good. Got the meal plan too, I'm just cutting out the junk and eating in moderation. 9/8/06 did not plan on going to the gym
but got a workout anyway had to move two couches out of the house took us a while allot of lifting straining and sweating....my back hurt like hell 9/9/06 did the second half of the work out but I think I overdid it on the bicep curl I did some crunches too Tried to do a little cardio at the end that kicked my ass more than the work out the cardio starts tommorow-I am not looking forward to it may just go to one of the gym's boot camp/step classes instead |

9/10-9/18-MIA here's why:
I felt a lump around my abdomen last week and it hurt like hell. I had an ultrasound to figure out what the hell it was. Doc advised me no strenous activity. The results came back negative its a lypoma. Needless to say last week I totally fell off the horse........ 9/19/06-Back In The Saddle Did legs today. The only machine I did not use was the leg press. Still feel a bit tender in the gut. Tommorow Arms and back |

9/21/06
Arms and back routine today did about 15 min worth of cardio I am going to sign up for one of the classes they have because doing cardio by yourself sucks They moved the machines around today, felt like a deer caught in headlights, I overdid it on the arms (again) Tommorow could be a skip day unless I can make it on time for one of their classes if not I will either go on Sat and Sunday.....honestly I felt really worthless today. Its so easy to become a fatty its hard to lose it. I will keep trying though Gotta start drinking water again |

9/23/06-Cardio Cardio Cardio
Its not as bad as I thought I hate the elyptical so I stopped after almost 8 min Did about 10 min on the stationary bike Did about 10 min on the treadmill Did 30 cruches I'll modify as I go along I feel good btw |
