Hey guys
This is my journal for a while as I experiment with various chemicals and body recomposition etc... Heres some history about me first of all... Male 5'11 200lbs 14%bf 4 yrs experience Won two 1st places in PLing, and a 2nd place win in BBing. I have done one cycle, I may get blasted for posting stuff like this but its the truth I didn't come to this board to be sheltered and censored, I came to help people learn from my own mistakes and experiences. Cycle was : test enanthate 500mg/wk 1-20 Deca 500mg/wk 1-20 Dbol 40mg ED wks 1-6 PCT Clmid Nolva HCG Trbulus Activate I know this was one damn supressive cycle, I am still feeling the effects of 20 weeks of Deca Durabolin, in retrospect I would never attempt that again. I have been off for 6 months now. My workouts havn't gone back to regular yet as my test levels are still rising from that cycle, I had some blood tests done and I am almost back to normal now a few weeks and I should be good as new. I have a few plans for what I would like to do over the next few months. I am planning to drop bodyfat and add muscle at the same time, I also plan to use a few new "products" that are out. So Today I did my shopping, well some ofit.. Bought 20lbs of Rib Eye Steak a couple beef roats 20lbs of poatoes nd a bunch of other fiish and chicken and what not...
Getting ready to head for the gym soon, My Split is Monday - Calves/Back Tuesday- Chest Wednesday-Calves/Delts Thursday-Arms Friday-Hams/Quads Sat-Off Sun-Off I am using NO2 hemodialator ( not sure who makes it but it was on sale at GNC for 98.00 ) Buffered Creatine 100% Whey Tribulus FOOD Anyhow gotta clean the car before I head out tto the gym mised breakfast today so I'll grab a protein shake ono the "whey" out the door lol.... Well...wwent to the gym, workout was very unprodcutive....
Lat Pulldown 3 sets 10 reps 110lb>140lb>160lb Seated Row 3- 8x10 @ 180lbs-225lbs Close Grip rows 3- 8x10 90-180lbs The workout sucked got sidetracked and I couldn't stay focused ! Anyways time to eat... FF

Well to sya the leas the last two days have been ****... No time to workout because I've been working so much needless to say no time for proper nutrition... anyhow I am off to work AGAIN... hoopefully the next few days will be more productive....

Well todays monday had an awesome pec/tricep workkout,
tricep xtension 4x10 Tricep Pushdown 4x10 Close Grip Bench Press ( cambered bar, easier on wrists ) Incline Bench 5x8-10 Flat bench 10 sets 10 ( low weight high reps ) Took 1/4 the dose of NO2 cause of the price but it did the same job the full dose does. I felt awsum today workouts may be gtting back on track. I am working on getting some pictures up asap. FF |
