I am currently coming off a cycle and trying to slowly reduce the bad fat in my body while maintaining my strength. Here are my stats: Height 5.8 , Age 23, Weight 168lbs, Body fat 11% Todays meal plan. 7:30 ----------- tea Vector 1tbs UDO's oil 2 Mega Man multi vitamins 1 Glutamine pill 1 Creatine pill 1 Tribulus pill 10:30 ----------- Green tea oatmeal w/ 1scoop of Protine one chip 1:30 ----------- Chicken sandwich Grapes 4:00 ----------- Chicken breast Protine shake 7:30 ----------- Two cups of brown rice Last edited by Silas_R; 08-13-2006 at 04:45 PM. |
