Default Another day in the Hawg pen

Well I've been bird dogging for a while and thought I'd start a journal here.
I do a PLer routine focusing on the big 3.

I'll back this up to last friday when I started back up after an extended rest period

8-4

Rough but good day in the gym.

10 minutes tread mill and 5 minutes of stretching

Rack deads from just below knee

305x1 couldn't catch it, it flew right into the rack at lockout and spotter racked it up

Index on rings

285x3 spotter had to leave this set was rushed with maybe 2 minutes rest
3rd set I just called the last set of warm ups good enough

Standing Mil press

Pull aparts
#4 band x2x20

single arm db snatch and press
35x10 each arm
40x10 each arm

single arm db shoulder press standing
45x10 each arm
50x10 each arm
