Well I've been bird dogging for a while and thought I'd start a journal here.
I do a PLer routine focusing on the big 3. I'll back this up to last friday when I started back up after an extended rest period 8-4 Rough but good day in the gym. 10 minutes tread mill and 5 minutes of stretching Rack deads from just below knee w/u 135x10 225x5 315x3 405x1 w/s did 425x6 last time I wanted 455x5 455x0 425x0 405x1 365x5 405x5 added belt Ghr unassisted 3 x8 45 hyper #4 band x14+3 drop band +3 #4 band x12 drop band +8 Seated rows 170x2x8 Face pulls 140x10 150x10 Cybex ab machine 120x20 120x20 130x20 skipped curls total time 2:05 |

10 minutes tread mill
2-3 minutes stretching Decline w/u 45x10 135x10 225x5 275x3 w/s pinkies on rings 275x3x3 Middle on rings 285x3 295x3 305x1 couldn't catch it, it flew right into the rack at lockout and spotter racked it up Index on rings 295x3 285x3 spotter had to leave this set was rushed with maybe 2 minutes rest 3rd set I just called the last set of warm ups good enough Standing Mil press 155x4 155x6 Pull aparts #4 band x2x20 single arm db snatch and press 35x10 each arm 40x10 each arm single arm db shoulder press standing 45x10 each arm 50x10 each arm total time 2 hours |

Weighing in at 260 today hmmm.... time to get back on that tread mill 45 minutes treadmill 3.6 8-11 Back not to happy with todays workout, 10 minutes treadmill 5 minutes stretching Conventional deads from 3" blocks w/u 135x10 225x5 275x5 315x2 w/s 375x3 375x0 375x2 Too much **** in my head now 315x5 wasn't going to give up yet had to get 1 good set in.
