I am starting a new workout routine and thought I would use this forum to track my gains. Right now I use a 4 day split working each major body muscle once per week. However, a friend at work uses a 6 day split that emphasizes chest and back and this routine seems to work for him (guy is huge). Its a lot of sets but thought I would give it a try starting next week and see if this also works for me (I will give it 4 weeks before trying anything different).
