Onslaught76's training log
ive been a member of this forum for over a year and ive made comments sparingly. i figured that it was time to start a training log. i need to start cutting and id like some advice as to the best way to maintain muscle.
i took some time of working out around sept to june or so. work and school were just so demanding. as of june i resumed working out and set a goal of a 405 bench press, at the time, my max was about 285. ive always been into sports and marital arts and strength was always more than abundant in my family, good genetics, more evident in my brother. on july 26th, i hit 405. Now its time to start cutting, ill post my diet and pics as time goes on. im currently at 230lbs and a waist of 37.5 inches. ugh i know. anyhows, here's the start.
