Yeah Rooney was an arse but he wasn't being played right...Did you see Zidane though? That's how to be an arse on TV!

As for Owen, according to his fansite (yeah I know I'm sad ) he's on the road to recovery, he's had an op and he's having another in a few weeks...

He's to young to be having injuries like that...yea and now zidanne is saying voices r telling him not to retire, and finally Masterazzi told zidanne "he hoped zidanne and his family die a trajic and painful death" tahts what made zidanne snap, that and the gimme header he missed that would have won france the game basically in overtime.

That chest routine would be fine for ronnie coleman, but for a beginner, its completely overtraining. Beginners should be doing 2 exercises per bodypart with 3-4 sets per exercise to failure. All you really need to be doing is flat bench and incline db press. Also, not sure you think you have to do a warmup set for decline, you've already done 8 sets at that point?

Oh fvck Mitch - he has been training for 8 months! Sh1t man, when are we going to hear about you competing in the Olympia?

Mitch is right dude - way too much chest work.........you don't have to obliterate every bit of the muscle for growth - all it requires is stimulation from overload.
