Starting a new log since I totally fell off the wagon in the last several months.For the first couple months im gonna try my best to stick to cardio and mostly compound movements.Also want to build my heart up because after 13 years of smoking i can barely run for a minute before i fell like my heart is gonna come through my chest.If anyone has tips to build my heart and lungs up Im glad to hear them because i feel like ill never get big until this is done.I mean when i do a set of 10 in any compound exercise im usually out of breath before the muscles fail.
Anyway today was the first day back in the gym so I figured Id do my hardest things first.It didnt go as well as I thought but its a start. prewo meal whey in gatorade and bowl of wheat chex legs and abs tread mill fat burn mode on highest level for 10 min squats bb 135x10 did some stretching before and during 2 min rest and loaded up to 185 since 135 for 10 went pretty easy.well when i got under the bar and lifted it up off the rack i got a very sharp pain in the inner thigh area but went ahead and did 1 rep at 185 and it was very uncomfortable so i called it quits on legs for the day and moved on to abs Machine crunches 90lbs resistance x20repsx3 sets torso rotation machine 70lbs resistance x10reps each directionx3 sets postwo meal salad with 1 can of tuna and can of pork and beans |
