well i havent really done much it terms of posting in this journal obviously, but i though id give an update. I orginally started out at 158lbs and 6'2, with a BF% of 3.5% (when i got it done it was with the things that they hook electric things up to your foot and hand. She said maybe add on 1- 1.5%) Now a little under 2 months later of lifting I weigh 164-165, and my abs are the same if not a little better. I am even still running, but have cut back and not going as many miles. I am going to get another BF% test done at the end of summer/start of school.probably beginning of september.

Is this Some good progress so far?

I think that Dips, deadlifts, Squats, and pull-ups are missing from my workout. I dont do them at all but feel i need to start now.

Im sure it will go up with increase in food comsumption. My body type is tall and lean, apparently all muscle almost too. People will see me and think im not going to be able to lift the weight i get out very many times, but then do it for 3 sets of ten or something. somebody said im stronger than i look. they also said im lucky to have a body that i have, and i need to train my ass off and look really great.

Another note: Im eating when im hungry now pretty much. over the last couple days it seems my body is screaming for food. must be the DC and the running/ training.

I get that a lot too, but then again I'm actually fairly heavy for what I look like. You can see my scrawny a$$ in the pics forum.

Anyway good luck. What're your goals?

thanks. I dont really have a specific number goal exactly. I don't want to get up to this weight, or lift that much. I'm going until im satisfied and by look. My real goal rigth now is to be better everytime i leave the weight room.

That's cool, that's pretty much where I'm at. A lot of people say that writing your goals down and accomplishing them keeps you motivated though. I'm giving it a shot.

This is crazy. My partner was in the gym yelling at me in the college gym while bench. his exact words were " come on you pu$$y, come on you f**king pu$$y, get this last rep up!!.....thats wtf im talkign about!" needless to say i got the rep up. Man i love this stuff. if we are doing it right or not, we are doing something productive. i can feel it.

DC is good sh!t huh? Why don't you keep your log updated, so the other peeps here that don't know DC can see how it is done and can see the gains.

You mentioned flat bench above - is that BB? You know BB flat bench is not a DC exercise? Are you doing the stretches also? In case you didn't know also - you need to up the protein and sleep while on DC....it is that taxing on your body.

Good luck bro.

Yeah I need to keep my log updated on here so everyone can see.

I was doing Dumbbell flat bench. Im doing the stretches. sometimes they are not fun, but then again who said this was fun? lol. Im lifting while in my first semester of college going full time, working 3 days a week. So i need to try and get time for everything. But when it comes down to it im going to put school before lifting. If im supposed to lift thursday but need to study for a test im going to study. havent run into to many problems yet. sleep......im trying.

thanks

Good man - glad to hear things are going good then.

Yup, the stretches blow. Honestly, I hate them more than the RPs. They are very fvcking painful.

Flat Db bench 10-5-2 = 17 up two reps from last time-- same weight

DB shoulder bench 11-5-2 = 18 up 4 reps from last time--same weight

wide lat pulldowns 9-5-3 = 17 went up 20 lbs since last workout--120 to 140lbs

Next time I do these exercises in a couple weeks i will definately need to up the weight to 70 lbs DB's and 45lb DB for shoulders so im not doing to many reps..same for lats.

Back thickness and tricep exercise were tragicalyl lost in a gatorade accident. RIP.
