Default My training diary

Heres my story. 9 months ago I was a fatass. I was 230lbs and 30% bf. I decided Id had enough and hit the weights and tweaked my diet. It was amazing how easily it came off. 55lbs in 4 months. I know thats extreme weight loss and I wouldnt try that now at a lower bf% but I just wanted it gone. I got as low as 175 lbs @ 12% in dec but ive been trying to bulk up a little since. Now im going full on.

Heres my stats

Age 36
Height- 5' 10"
weight- 185
Bf- 14%

Biceps-16
Forearm-13.75
Quad-25
waist-34.5
chest-45
calve-16

My split looks like this. I start over every 6 days

Monday-chest
Tuesday-Arms
Wed-off
Thurs-Legs, abs
Friday-back, shoulders
Sat-off
Sun- start over

For cardio I do HIIT 2 times a week and I play hockey on friday nights for 1.5 hours.

1rm on the big lifts are:

bench- 275
squat- 455
dead- 315

I dont do alot of deads. my doctor thinks i have a herniated or ruptured disc in my lower back. Deads just kill me.

Im gonna keep track of all the food i eat and my training for at least the next 6 months. My goal is to hit 200lbs @ 10%.

6-14

Cardio

Played hockey for 2 hours. I guess you could call it a form of HIIT. Alot of sprinting and coasting. I drank gatordade to keep from going catabolic because of the length of the workout.

Todays food.
2cups fruit loops, skim milk, protein shake
4 hardboiled eggs
2 steak soft tacos, med mt dew
2 peanut butter sandwiches, milk
spaghetti with 6 oz ground round in sauce, milk
can tuna
gainer shake

4143 cals 300g protein, 485g carbs, 100g fat

I did it. it took some fast food but I hit 4000. Haha. I ate alot of carbs today too. I was kinda craving them so I went with it. I surely burned em off in tonights workout though. I will try to hit 5000 in a couple of weeks.

Oh, I should probably mention im 3 weeks into my first cycle. Ive made some strength gains every week so far but im not sure why since the test really takes around 4 weeks to kick in. could just be placebo effect. Then I got bloated in the second week so I decided to add proviron to the mix. Put on 10lbs overnight. Just got the proviron yesterday. Threw some dbol in too just for a couple of weeks till the test kicks in.

Week 1-10 Test cyp 500mg split up 2x week
1-10 HCG 250iu 2x week
3-5 dbol 25mg day
3-10 proviron 25mg day

Pct- clomid,
Nolva on hand

Is hairloss not an issue as the cycle looks harsh on the hairline.

LOL

Theres going to be alot of DHT floating about, so I would use Fincar (Generic Finasteride which is generic Proscar) which usually comes in 5mg so split in four gives you an effective daily dose. Fincar is made in India. Even though it contains the exact same chemical as Proscar (5mg of finasteride), its cost is significantly less than that of Proscar.

I have used it and had no sides at all. In terms of sides Side Effects
Reported sides that I have heard of are usually have been mild and the Test your running along side should sort any sexual temporary "flops".

Yeah, ive looked into it quite a bit. If you get generic 5mg and split up into 5 you can get enough for a whole year for about $60 which is a great deal. Im only running the dbol for another week and the proviron is relatively low dose of 25mg. Both of those are the major DHT contributors so at this point im not sure how much good itll do since it would be 10-15 days before I could get a hold of some finestaride.

6-19
Todays workout

Chest

Flat bench
3 warmup sets
225x7
215x6

decline bench
195x8
195x8

Closegrip bench
150x8
150x8

Peck deck
130x8
130x8

15 minutes cardio

I gotta switch chest to another day besides monday. The only time I can workout monday is during the day(I workout at home) which means no spotter which means a couple less reps than normal. Dont wanna get stuck under the bar. haha. Finished up the first bottle of test cyp today too. Not cool cause I was supposed to get 1 more dose out of it. Ive heard Nutrivet stuff is underfilled sometimes. Looks like I might have to dig into my stash for next cycle to finish this one.

Ive been working out hard for almost a year. Im 36 now. I lifted in high school and college pretty steady but then it was very very spotty for the 15 years in between college and now. This is my first cycle. im only 4 weeks into it so I havent really seen much yet as far as sides or gains. Just a some water retention. Test cyp is a long ester. It takes 4-5 weeks to kick in.

woah dont you think you should have waited a little longer than a year to do a cycle? i always thought you had to work out for 3-5 years before even considering it, but if you can do it with little sides then your the man.

The sides you get from a cycle have nothing to do with how long youve been working out. Not to mention, Im 36 years old not 25. I could walk into any HRT clinic in the country and get a prescription for test if I wanted to. I talked this over with some vets on another anabolic forum and they all said the same thing. At my age theres no reason to wait but if i wanted to put a year in first that it certainly wouldnt hurt.
