Push day Flat bench 250x8x2 275x5 i think my spotter helped me just a tad on the last one. Db incline press 100x8 100x7 CG bench 200x8x2 Db shoulder press 80x8x2 Clean and press 145x8x2 Another good workout. 275 felt fairly light in my hands.

Leg day
Box Squats (12" box) 145x12 225x8 275x8x2 300x8 Yeaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh! 315x3 Got sloppy on 3rd rep. got a little too forward and did this little recovery move mid squat that was all back so I stopped at 3. Ill probably feel that tomorrow. Ham curls 200x7 200x7 calf machine 340x10 340x9 abductor/adductor setting 15x12x2 sets each Made good gains from last week.

Pull day Rack deads 135x12 225x8 315x6 365x3 425x6 lost grip on last one had to reset 425x3 fried. took 5 minutes and did a drop set 365x10 Lat pulldown 160x8 180x6 Seated rows 190x8x2 BB curls 100x8x2 think its time to bump up 5lbs Db hamer curls 45x8x2 I only had 35 minutes so i did as much as i could. Rack deads still progressing. Next week ill do em from the floor. |

Thanks man. I was drained afterwards. Ive been toying with the idea of adding a 4th day to my split but decided on the advice of a couple guys here to just do more volume in my 3 day split. Thats gonna translate into less time between sets if i wanna keep the workout under an hour. I got 12 sets in 35 minutes(not counting the warmup sets) so hopefully 20-22 in an hour.
