I see what you are saying.........the one I have used has two smaller pads that are at more of an angle and support your knees better. It isn't flat, so you still have to support with your core, but it is better than that.

Push day Flat bench 235x8x2 DB incline press 95x8x2 CG bench 155x10x2 Clean and press 145x8x2 Seated DB shoulder press 75x8x2 Tri pushdown 60x30reps Im really diggin the clean and press. Just add that to the list of exercises youll only see me doing in that gym. Everyone else is too concerned about benching and curling. Lol. |

Pull day Rack deads 135x10 225x8 315x8 405x6 grip kept slipping. I dont feel very good either. 315x11 Wide grip Pull ups Bw-10 x 8 x 2 sets Straight bar curls 100x8x2 Hamer DB curl 45x8x2 Hypers 45lb plate x 12x2sets Db lateral raise 35x10x2 sets I think im getting some mild test flu. Could be from the EQ. I just dont feel 100% today and i did and injection this morning. |
