I dont know really. Its been months since i did decline. 6-19 to be precise. but i was doing more that day on flat than decline.

Pull day Rack deads. pins set at knee height. 225x8 315x4 365x5 easy 405x6 holy ****. i didnt know i could rack dead that much. it was still surprisingly easy. Pull ups- assisted 10 lbs Bw x 8x2 Seated rows 140x8x2 Lat pulldown 140x9x2 BB curls 100x8x2 DB hammer curls 50x6x2 Hypers bw+45 x 12 x 2 Cardio- 2 hours of Hockey Food shredded wheat, milk prot shake, milk tuna sandwich burrito, taco pizza Its the weekend. time to cheat again on the diet. Push day
Decline bb bench- 225x4 250x8 250x9 Partial rep flat bench 315x12 Incline DB press 95x8x2 Standing military press 150x8 150x9 Seated db shoulder press 75x8x2 Tri pushdown 60x30 reps 55x20 reps- my tris feel like theyre gonna blow up. Next week back to flat bench and see if the partial reps and decline have pushed me through this plateau. |
