Nice lifts........how much do you normall rep on decline? Most people can do a good bit more on it than flat.

I dont know really. Its been months since i did decline. 6-19 to be precise. but i was doing more that day on flat than decline.

I gotta switch chest to another day besides monday. The only time I can workout monday is during the day(I workout at home) which means no spotter which means a couple less reps than normal. Dont wanna get stuck under the bar. haha. Finished up the first bottle of test cyp today too. Not cool cause I was supposed to get 1 more dose out of it. Ive heard Nutrivet stuff is underfilled sometimes. Looks like I might have to dig into my stash for next cycle to finish this one.

Dude - start chugging the water and get crazy with the Vit. C! Seriously - anytime I feel like I am getting sick, I up the water like crazy and take in like 4+ grams of Vitamin C and it goes away.............

Be carefull. I got sick this time last year, and didnt shake it until March!! It was on and off like 3 times. Absolutely horrible. I'd start to feel good, and BAM, fuk i'm sick again!
