Thanks Sarge. My squat numbers are steadily going up. Ive been doing adductor/abductor work along with weighted hypers and I can really tell the difference when i do the deep squats. Feel more powerful at the bottom and generally more stable througout the whole movement. Havent made much bench progress since the end of cycle at august but im holding on to what ive got while cutting so thats good.

Update.

Had a appt at the gym for a personal fitness evaluation. Turns out my BF is a little higher according to the PT but so is my weight. I guess my home scale is a little light. So my updated stats are 20% BF @212lbs. He only did a 3 site and i usually do a 7 so this may account for the discrepancy. This doenst really change my LBM though as its still around 170lbs.

Todays food.

4 eggs
protein shake
6oz grd beef
can tuna
dbl cheeseburger with no bun
8oz steak, cottage cheese
protein shake

Workout: 15 min HIIT cardio

Kind of a weird carb-up...

J/c - why'd you go a week without carbs? Re-feeding that way, you're kind of shooting any benefit (which I would probably debate that you received) in the foot.

Im trying to lose a few lbs. I can do it fairly quickly(4-5lbs a week) without muscle loss on a low carb diet but ive found theres no difference whether i go low carb 7 days a week or do it Mon-Thu and eat what i want on the weekend. On monday morning i will have gained about 3 lbs back as my body replenishes its glyco stores and the water weight that goes along with it but by tuesday its gone again and its back to fat burning for the next 3 days. Dont know why it works but it does. On a side note, i dont overeat on the weekend, just eat around maintenance.

Thanks. I like the rack deads. I can knock out 7 with no break just up down up down. When i pull em off the floor, i gotta step back after each rep, catch my breath, reset, then go again. Amazing what a difference a couple inches makes. And yes JLO, i tumbled on 375 squat but the cage caught it. I was just trying to do a few partials and i just kept sinking and sinking and i knew i wasnt coming back up. Lol.
