Im starting to cut seriously today. I will be taking ECA 2x a day and my goal is to get to 190 and 10%bf. Right now im 210 and 16%. Thats assuming 3-4lbs of muscle loss. If i do it perfect with no muscle loss ill be at 195 and 10%.

Diet will consist of 6 small meals approx 450 calories a meal for a total of 2700calories a day. I will try to keep the protein above 300g day.

Cardio will be done 3x week. Probably Hiit on the elliptical. As for weights ill continue to do my 4 day split.

Personally, I would almost double that protein intake......especially if you are cutting.......enjoy the layoff.

You're under-recovering, that's for sure... Look at the program as a whole with your rest, your intensity, your nutrient (micro and macro intake) and everything else. A week off will help, but if there are other underlying problems, you'll just hit the same wall again.

Well about 3 weeks ago i switched to a new routine. Its a 4 day split wher id go 4 straight days then take a day off and then start over. I was only getting 1 day a week off and well, i guess it caught up with me. prior to that i was doing a 4 day split with with 3 days off. Big difference.

Weren't you doing that split when you were taking test? I'm sure that helped recovery just a bit.........

When I start having issues with recovery, etc - I just up the calories, especially protein, and it helps.

Not really. I was doing a upper/lower body split when on the test for the most part. Id do upper, take a day off, do lower, take a day off, do uppper, etc... Plus i hurt my shoulder halfway through so i had to adjust my routine around that. If you look back at it prolly looks a little schizophrenic.

Im out now. I only had a few left and was gonna order more but had a hard time finding any. I was using vasopro ephedrine, no doze, and an aspirin. Homemade stack. Gonna start with redline vpx when it gets here. For now im drinking green tea and an occasional diet energy drink.

Looks interesting. Maybe ill give them a shot next time. Im gonna go down to the gas station in a minute and see what they got to get me by till the redline arrives. Maybe theyll have some individually packed therma-lean. I get low on energy when cutting. especially in the first couple weeks.

Cant buy thermalean(at least not in us) since the ephedra ban was reinstated.

Looks like they mightve reformulated it.
