My streght did go up very fast. Last october my max bench was 165lbs and now im up over 300. I think alot of my pains came from my strength going up too fast. ie tendons and ligaments werent keeping pace. I did put up pics in this thread.
Some before and after pics.

Water, Oh yeah. 20lbs or so. I def didnt get leaner on this cycle but I think in the end it helped me be able to handle heavier weights.

Mitch, you woman - go buy some Midol.

Seriously, your strength increases have been fantastic. When do you start PCT?

Done with pct. weight is 205 and BF is 16%. Gonna cut now for a few months and try to get to 190 and 10%. Right now my Lmb is 173lbs. Im thinking about running a small dose of test enan while cutting just to stay anabolic. Like 200mg a week. Heres what im gonna do.

Diet.
2500 calories a day. 40/40/20

Training
M/W/F- Weights
T/Th/Sat- Hiit cardio
Sun- Cheat day

Not really. I switched to a new split Monday and it looks like this.

day1-Chest, tris
day2-Back, Bis
day3- Legs
day4- Shoulders abs
day5-rest
day6- start over

3-4 exercises per body part. 3 sets of 8-10 with last set to failure. So 9-12 sets per bodypart. I figured it was time to change it up a little and go lighter with more reps. My strength dropped a little right after the cycle but ive almost got it back to where it was. When i go back on ill probably try your advice on the low rep thing.

Cool - if you do it, post on here how much you lose........I would interested in hearing it.

I like trolling your log, because we are about the same size/strength and I eat about the same way (very non-strict like - lol)
