Trying to drop down below 200lbs. Sitting at 203.7 today. Cut almost all carbs out this week and been doing 2x day workouts. Today was 30mins morning cardio with abs and then some high rep leg sh!t in the afternoon. Didnt have alot of energy. I can normally press 12 plates 25-30 times. I fvkcing hate going carb-less.
Leg press 12 plates x 20 reps x 3 sets Seated ham curls 200x15x3 sets Calf raises-left leg only 120x10x3 sets 1 set of 120 crunches Oh and the reason i only do left leg calf raises is i discovered a few months ago that my right calf was an inch large than the left. Now after 6 weeks of workiing the left leg only its completely caught up and theyre both 17.5 inches now. Pretty cool. lol

Legs
BB squats 315x8...felt easy so decided to go heavy tonight 365x3 404x1....dont know why i didnt go for another one 405x2....felt really solid 315x8 GHR's 3 sets of 15 Thats all i had time for. Got to get my ass to the gym 30 mins earlier.

Last couple of times i cut i used some t3 to push things along and lost strength along the way. This time im not, and the strength seems to be going up. Go figure. Anyhow, i suggest not using t3 unless you have a really slow metabolism or youre a female.

Well i was just training my left calf but now its caught up. Lol. Anyhow i posted in your log about it. I do one set of DC calves a week and thats it. My calves are pretty decent size, not huge but very developed at 17.5" so i dont hit them real hard.

BB bench
365x1....meh, hoping for more 315x5x5 225x10....10 sec negatives Db shoulder press 100x8x2 sets Tri pushdowns 100x10x3 sets thats all, gotta go. On a side note, no more having sex 30 mins before i go to the gym. First time i thought it was a fluke but thats twice now ive done it and felt weak in the gym both times. lol
