Yeah, I always use a box when doing squats so I have a point of reference on how deep to go. Also, It gives me something to sit on when I get tired. Lol.

7-21

Chest only

Flat BB bench

warmup sets
250x5
280x1 messing around, no spotter so I dont dare go heavier.
235x6
225x6 burnt from the 280 i guess

Incline DB press
95x8
100x6

I finally made it to the 100lb DB's! Its been a small goal for a few months now. I was stuck at 80's forever. Also, previous to today the most Ive ever benched for 1rm was 245 and that was in march. I knew it went up, I just wanted to see what some heavier weight felt like. Im suspecting its close to 300.

Cool man. How is the cycle coming yet? Have things started to kick in yet?

Its all over. I cut it off at 9 weeks cause I ran out of cyp a week early as my bottles were a little underfilled. I have some enan I couldve used but thats for next time. I gained 40 lbs. 15lbs of muscle, 3-5 lbs of fat and the rest water! Bad sides were a little acne and alot of water retention. Good sides were sex drive through the roof. I cant wait for next cycle. I might post some b4 and after pics.

Do it!

Jebus 20lbs is a lot of bloat. Did you try taking an AI? I bet your face looked like a ballon with that much water.

I took proviron the whole cycle and I took nolva on a couple of occasions but no Arimidex. My face didnt get too bad it just went everywhere. It(the bloating) happened on 2 very distinct occasions where I was out in the sun all day drinking beer. The next day I awoke 10lbs heavier and it never went away. That happened twice. Had to be water cause you cant put on 10lbs of anything else overnight. I will put a couple pics up.
