I know what you mean with the shoulder problem. I've had the same chit the last year as well and tried everything just like you. It still bothers me a little but I'm finally starting to make gains again with my bench. The only thing that really worked was starting a routine that involved less frequent shoulder work and not going full tilt on my lifts.

Sucks balls doenst it?

If youre familiar with DC youll have noticed i skipped the shoulder portion tonight. I usually only do it every other or sometimes even every 3rd upper body workout.

How much weight have you put on doing DC? Pretty sure Dante calls for a massive food intake. Also, since you are doing DC are you familiar with broomstick stretches?

Eh, about 10lbs so far. Yes i do broomstick stretches too. As for food, i eat whatever i want and dont count cals or macros. I havent been putting down as much food as i should be though for the last 2-3 weeks as ive had no appetite and been really tired. I was exposed to mono about a month ago so theres a good chance i have it. I went to the doc on Wed and got bloodwork done so im waiting on that.

Well its actually the epstein barr virus, same thing though. Its common in adults. My wifes friend was diagnosed with it and she was kissing on her(im not going into details, lol) about a month ago. My wife likely got it from her and passed it to me. My wife has same symtoms too.
