Its a rollercoaster ride for me sometimes. Im not stopping this time till i hit 350. As long as my peaks keep getting higher i guess im happy.

i think its made a huge difference. Ive never felt stronger. BTW bud, im pretty sure you can squat circles around me. lol

Leg and Back day combined.
ATG squats 315x3....bounced the 3rd off the rack and really messed me up. i think i had 5 in me 315x4 315x3 High Box squats-- 18" box--wide stance 315x10 365x7 400x5 atg burnout set 200x15....legs and lower back are exhausted. on to deads. lol conv deads 365x1 385x1 405x1....no straps...thats a first 405x1 405x.93 grip slipped at the top Db hammer curls 60x8 60x8 60x10....wanted to go up in weght this week. biceps were ready but elbows were sore from all the heavy benching tuesday. BB ez curls 115x8x3 sets Pullups x10 x10

Push day
Flat BB bench warmup sets 315x3.....New PR!!!! 315x2....took 20 second rest and did the 3rd 225x14 185x20 Incline DB press 115x6 115x6 100x10 Dips bw x 17 bw x 17 Standing overhead BB press 180x 3 x 3 sets.....been a long time since ive done this one. Thrilled with the new PR but my shoulders and elbows are starting to ache with all this heavy bench work. I think ill drop the weight next week and do some higher reps to try and rest up.

I need to go light next week to give my elbows and shoulers a break. Maybe ill do a 225 rep test and see how many i can get fresh.

Flat DB press. warmups 130x5 130x5 130x4...got sloppy pushin up the first one and zapped my energy for the rest of set. Flat BB bench 275x5 275x5 275x6....dont know why i stopped at 5 first 2 sets. lol Closegrip BB bench 225x8 225x8 Tri pushdowns 100x10x 3 sets Im still kinda deloading so all my sets were around 2 reps from failure.

Back day
Conv deads warmup sets 405x5 405x5......back is really tired, im gonna call it at 2 sets DB rows 130x8x 3 sets......wow, added 3 reps in 7 days? mustve been ****in the dog last week. lol Seated reclined db curls- both arms at same time 50x8x 3 sets Pullups bw x 10 bw x 10 DB hammer curls/supine row supersets 60's x 8/ bw x 12..... 3 sets shouldnt have done those 2 sets of squats last night after 30 minutes of cardio. wtf was i thinking? it took its toll on my deadlifting tonight in terms of endurance and maybe even a rep. oh well, live and learn.

Flat BB bench warmup sets 315x2 315x2 275x7 Db incline press 120x6 120x5.8 reverse grip bench press- free bar 225x8 225x7 CG bench press 250x4.....tris are fried now Cable crossovers 90x8 90x8 tri pushdowns burnout set 60x25 I like those RGBP's. Someone was on the smith machine so i did it free bar with a spotter. Its amazing how quick the tris give out too. like i got to 7 and thought i had three more and BAM, done at 8.
