Thanks Tommy.

Its gone up roughly 40lbs in the last 2 months. However, 325 isnt a PR as I hit that back in december but every time i cut down some bodyfat i lose strength. Its a rollercoaster ride for me sometimes. Im not stopping this time till i hit 350. As long as my peaks keep getting higher i guess im happy.

Yes going up and down the scale really affects the amount of plates on the bar.

Thrilled with the new PR but my shoulders and elbows are starting to ache with all this heavy bench work. I think ill drop the weight next week and do some higher reps to try and rest up.
