Flat BB bench 275x3....easy 280x3....easy 290x3...probably still couldve got more Widegrip paused bb bench 250x3..easy 255x3 260x3 Close grip BB bench 265x3x 3 sets....shouldve done 270 Incline DB press 115x6 115x5 Skull crushers 100x10....elbows hurt gotta try something else Tri pushdowns 110x8x2 sets DB hamer curls 60x8x2 sets seated reclining DB curls 45x8x2 sets

ATG Squats
300x5 300x3 300x3 300x3 225x12 Leg press 540x20....Ugghhh, wheres the waste basket Abd/add 150x17/150x15 Pull thrus stack x 12 x 2 sets Decent workout. Im not really a morning workout person i do better in the evening intensity wise. On another note its been a while since i deadlifted. my work schedule is throwing me off but i will do them saturday for sure.
