Great workout. But the best part was i noticed im finally getting a vein running down the middle of my biceps for the first time in my life. And to make it better, i havent even done a curl in over 3 weeks till tonite. Only did em tonite cause i wanted to see if i could make em pop out a little more. lol.

Nice job mitch! I too have recently found that I have a nice little snake of a vein that is visible now when working Bi's! Didn't think I even was capable of that sort of thing. Great boost for the ego though. Keep at it!

Thanks narc. Its def a boost. I would almost say it gave me a renewed sense of why i go to the gym. Itll be fun to watch it progress as i get leaner.
