BB Squats 280x8 290x8 295x7 305x6 felt strong atg burnout set 200x16 SLDL's 335x5 335x5 335x5.....15 second rest and then 2 more reps GHR's 3 sets of 6 ( 1st time doing these. did em on the lat pulldown station. very happy i could knock out 6 deep ones.)

Flat Db press 100 x 9 100 x 8 100 x 8 Decline bb bench 250x8x2 250x7.....15 second rest then 2 more reps Dips Bw x 19 Bw x 18 Bw x 18 Military press 170 x 8 170 x 7 170 x 7 Front raise 40 x 8 x 3 sets Lateral raise 40 x 8 x 3 sets Hammer curls (supersetted with above lateral raises) 55 x 8 x 3 sets Great workout. But the best part was i noticed im finally getting a vein running down the middle of my biceps for the first time in my life. And to make it better, i havent even done a curl in over 3 weeks till tonite. Only did em tonite cause i wanted to see if i could make em pop out a little more. lol.

Thanks narc. Its def a boost. I would almost say it gave me a renewed sense of why i go to the gym. Itll be fun to watch it progress as i get leaner.
