Conventional deads warmup sets 315x8 365x5 385x3 385x2 385x1 DB rows 110x7 x 2 sets DB curls 45x10 45x10 Cable curls/ tri pushdown supersets 150x8 / 150x15 150x8/ 150x16 Tonight didnt go like i planned but it was ok. I wanted to do Sumo deads but i pulled a muscle in my inner thigh yesterday and it kept knotting up. Too painful for sumos and bearable for conv but still effected my lifts.

Flat BB bench 280x1 280x1 260x4 260x4 260x4 Incline Db press 105x6 105x5 105x5 Dips BW x 16 x 2 sets Skull crushers 95x8x 2 sets pretty good workout considering im pretty carb depleted and feel hungry all the time. No set was to failure. Strength seems to be going back up.

Conventional Deads 350x5 350x5 Feels heavy this week. 350x4 315x8 felt like puking Bent over BB rows 225x6 225x6 225x5 Hanging cleans 145x5x5 sets damn, havent done those in a while. Straight BB curls 105x8x 3 sets Lat pulldowns 180x7 180x6 180x6 Cable curls/BB shrugs supersets 150x9/250x8 3 sets of each Deads felt heavy tonite. Did the first 4 exercises inside/in front of the squat rack. I hogged the damn thing for over an hour. Hahahahaha. The guy next to me even said something but he was doing the same thing too. Eh, it was late, there was nobody there.

Leg Day
ATG Squats 225x10 265x6 265x6 270x5 Felt great! SLDL's 320x5 x 3 sets 225 x 13 Add/abd setting 15x12x2 sets each Seem to be making headway pretty fast with these deeper squats plus it feels better on my back. From now on im going as deep as i can whenever i squat. No more worrying about parallel.

Flat BB bench 260x4 barely got the 4th. 260x3 fvck! 260x2.5 Bull****! Screw this, im movin on Incline Db press 105x4 WTF???????? This sucks. Went Back to BB bench 185x15x3 sets- goddamnit, im not walking out of here without a good pump! Dips BWx16x2 sets Seated DB military press 70x9 75x7 75x7 Never shouldda went to the gym tonight. I was kinda pumped after having a good leg workout yesterday but it was obviously a mistake not to take my normal day off and do this workout on Wednesday. Oh well, lesson learned.

BB rows 225x8 3 sets Hanging cleans 150x8 3 sets Face pulls 125 x 8 3 sets Db rows 105 x 8 2 sets Another good strength increase over last week.
