Tonight didnt go like i planned but it was ok. I wanted to do Sumo deads but i pulled a muscle in my inner thigh yesterday and it kept knotting up. Too painful for sumos and bearable for conv but still effected my lifts.

Did the first 4 exercises inside/in front of the squat rack. I hogged the damn thing for over an hour. Hahahahaha. The guy next to me even said something but he was doing the same thing too. Eh, it was late, there was nobody there.

Seem to be making headway pretty fast with these deeper squats plus it feels better on my back. From now on im going as deep as i can whenever i squat. No more worrying about parallel.
