Flat BB bench warmups 275x5x 5 sets Incline Db press 100x5 100x7 100x6 Flat DB flyes 60x8 x 2sets Skull crushers 90x8x2 sets Pretty much the same workout as last week. Needed just a touch of help on the last rep of the last 2 sets on BB bench.

Db rows 100x8x3 sets Lat pulldowns 170x8x3sets Db shrugs 110x8x3sets Db curls 50x8x3 sets Ez bar curls 125x6x 3 sets Concentration curls (on preacher thingy) 40x8x3sets DB Burnout set 25x20 Skipped deads tonite as i forgot my straps. Im getting kinda dependant on those little things. Lol. Otherwise, workout was great. My Biceps have grown a solid quarter inch in the last 3 weeks.

Actually, i started to get the headaches at the end of the cycle. Im not sure whats going on. They get bad too during sex my head starts throbbing feels like its gonna explode. Im gonna give it a few more days then maybe go to the doc.
