Pretty much the same workout as last week. Needed just a touch of help on the last rep of the last 2 sets on BB bench.

Even in PCT your growing like a weed. Lucky Bastard!

I know what you mean about the straps, without mine I would find it very hard to rep some sets out, even get it off the ground in some cases.

Your back weights, other than deadlifts, as I remeber your some way ahead of me, are very similar.

Thanks. Been a weird pct so far. Feel pretty normal and strength seems to be staying the same and even going up a little on some lifts. Only complaint is daily headaches.

Actually, i started to get the headaches at the end of the cycle. Im not sure whats going on. They get bad too during sex my head starts throbbing feels like its gonna explode. Im gonna give it a few more days then maybe go to the doc.

Got to check your BP, most likely the cause. Check it at a Walmart or something before you go to the doctor, cause if it's bad your doc it's going to be nervous and ask questions
