Chest day. Flat bench warmup sets 275x5 bullsh!t. lost a rep to last week 250x8 250x8 250x5 fvck lost 3 reps. rested for a few and hit 4 more. Incline DB press 100x6 wtf is going on here 100x7 100x6 Fvck this, I quit. I left early pissed off. I guess i cant work out 3 days in a row even on gear.

Yep, i think i should still be taking a day off in between workouts. Im still trying to fine tune this routine. And no, i forgot to eat a pre workout meal so i mightve been a little low on carbs even though i slammed a Monster when i got to the gym. Oh well, gonna take the rest of the week off and start fresh monday.

Ok, i took some full body pics and noticed my Back and legs are blowing my arms are chest away. Im dedicating a day to "arms only" and gonna slow down on the deads and squats and do more volume for chest too.
Straight bar curls 100x8 110x8 110x8 110x9 Concentration DB curls 45x8x3 sets Seated Hammer DB curls- strict form 45x8x3 EZ bar curls 120x6 120x6 120x5

Leg day
Squats- just past parallel warmup sets 300x8x3 sets New PR ATG Hack squats- machine 370 x 8 x 3 sets New PR 420x6 New PR Ham curls 200x10 200x10 200x12 Turned out to be a good workout. I was worried at first cause i was sore and creaky all day(must be from the all the beer yesterday) but once i got warmed up i was good to go. Lots of new PRs'.

Flat bb bench warmup sets 275x5x 5 sets Incline Db press 100x5x5 sets Flat DB flyes 60x8 x 2sets - let the flaming begin. Lol. Great workout. My chest and tris are completely cooked. Didnt intend on doing 5x5 tonite but i just felt like it.

Thanks fellas. My wife was laughing her ass off watching me do those curls. Apparently she thought the 45lb plates on the ez curl bar look a little over the top. Lol.
