With your past three days being back, leg and chest then maybe your ready for a days rest.

How were you pre workout carbs, did you get enough?

This makes a big difference for me.

everyone has those days where nothing can go right bro. its probably the most frustrating thing in weight lifting. are you getting all your rest and food you need to recover? you da man though youll work through it.

Yep, i think i should still be taking a day off in between workouts. Im still trying to fine tune this routine. And no, i forgot to eat a pre workout meal so i mightve been a little low on carbs even though i slammed a Monster when i got to the gym. Oh well, gonna take the rest of the week off and start fresh monday.

Try going to sleep earlier and get a little more rest and definitely make sure to get that pre-workout meal in.

Ok, i took some full body pics and noticed my Back and legs are blowing my arms are chest away. Im dedicating a day to "arms only" and gonna slow down on the deads and squats and do more volume for chest too.

Keep it tight Mitch, and it is a good idea to take a a day off in between workouts. You will go past this sticking point.

Turned out to be a good workout. I was worried at first cause i was sore and creaky all day(must be from the all the beer yesterday) but once i got warmed up i was good to go. Lots of new PRs'.
