Default NiteHawk's DoggCrapp

Well, next week and Im finally able to start lifting again!!

I am so excited and anxious to get going. For those that didnt know, I had some surgery in May so I had to take some time off for that. When I start I will be playing the role of a newbie. I have enlisted the help of Dante's personal assistant as my trainer. He works side by side with Dante. It doesnt get much better than this. I will be following the Doggcrapp style training.
Its a new way of training for me but I am ready to give it 100% of my efforts.
I will not be posting a daily log of my training and diet. This is out of respect for Dante and Doug. Its not fair to the other paid trainees to give out a lot of the knowledge these 2 have. I fully understand thier views and will oblige in everything they ask of me.
I will update my progress as far as weights and hopefully put up some pics of my transformation.

I will be consuming massive amounts of food, this I do know. My supplements I will be using to start off with are below..

100% Whey Protein
Glutamine
Multi-Vitamins
Cissus RX
Fish Oil
Extra Vitamin C & E
Kre-Alkalyn Creatine
Xtend BCAA's
VyoTech 17-HD

I decided to throw the 17-HD in at the last minute. I hear raving reviews about it at AM so I will be giving it a fair shot.
With all this, I hope to do very well next year in my competitions. I do know this, they produce some very large bodybuilders!

Good luck man - I will be excited to see how it goes. DC kicks ass. Have fund with those extreme stretches.

Is your trainer In-Human?

Thanks. Yes, I am very excited about it. I paid good money but I know Im getting quality training. I hope to put on some serious pounds and do some damage at the natural shows next year.

My trainer is Doug. To be honest, Ive never asked him who his username was but I will in my next email to him.

Yes, those stretches seem to be the killer. Everyone raves about how good but "painful" they are.

Thanks Traz. Its will be 7 weeks away from the gym...
It will feel good to be back but I know I will be sore as heck starting out.

17-HD is a natural test booster. Here is the ingredients..

Supplement Facts:

Serving Size: 1 Capsule
Servings Per Container: 30

Amount Per Serving:

17- Halo-Methyl-Dianadrone: 400mg
Ge Gan (pueraria lobota)
Smilax Officinalis
N.O. Oliliacae

Betaecdysterone 100mg
Wild yam extract 100mg
Glabra 100mg
Phosphatidyl choline 50mg
Citric acid 50mg

Directions: Take one 17-HD capsule daily 30 minutes prior to workout

I have heard it gives a heck of an energy surge before the workout. So I may not need any energy drinks.

That is a lot of weight. But thats not my trainer. They called him Ted in that clip. My trainer is Doug, Dante's personal assistant.

I got my first workouts and diet plans from him in email the other day. I am so excited!

Well, the forces are against me still. I was all planned to start training tomorrow but I was up all lastnight with severe congestion, sore throat, and sneezing.

I knew it wasnt allergies but a cold by the way I felt and I am terribly sick today. My congestion is unreal. Completely stuffed. I cant get no relief. Throat is still sore a little, bad headaches so Im moving my start date to next wedsnesday.

Its always something. Im very upset..

A close friend of mine sent me the Doggcrapp routine phylosophy and I shall be starting it tomorrow. I have heard such great things about it for a long time now that I feel it's about time I gave it a shot.

You are privileged to get Dante's personal assistant! I hear the very chosen few get well.....ermm..chosen!

Do you have an example of your weekly Doggcrapp weights training routine breakdown Nite please?

Also part of this concept is the stretching. I have however, been warned by my close friend who has been looking into Doggcrapp, that such forms of stretching with weights are detrimental to joints and may well cause muscle tears/bruises. Instead, regular, weightless stretching are more in order perhaps.

Also, do you have any further information on the breathing techniques in between each set please? Is it 10-15 deep breaths only in between sets or more? The deep breathing in between sets is to "feed" the stressed muscles with as much as oxygen as possible to aid recovery and growth.

Thanks for the info.

Meera, I can only post the basics or generics about DC training in general.

I have a sworn "oath" so to speak with putting anything that me and him discuss on message boards. He does not want me to post exact routines, exercises, or my exact diet on here. This is to avoid confusion to others because I might be getting something down to tweak a lagging area or boost another part which someone else might not need. Its also to protect his other "paying" clients. I fully understand this.

I will try and answer what I can though.

Hrpiii, I understand you there. Seems like it all fell on me at once. Oh well, maybe thats a sign that the rest of the year and in 2007, I will be good to go. I can only hope.

Im finishing off this last bit of asthmatic bronchitis. I am breathing much better but still not 100%. I will be starting my training again next Wednesday, pending no further complications..

Wish me luck..

Yes, I have heard about swearing to the secrecy thing about Doggcrapp. I would only like to know their general weekly split and body parts per day if possible. Also more information about the breathing in between sets if that's not top secret too!

Good luck Nite.
