okay, I skipped my workout today, I'm not tired or anything but it's way way too hot...I reckon it'll be okay as long as I do it tomorrow, that way I've just had tomorrow's rest today and I'll still be okay to work my chest + triceps on monday...

lol, I will definitely do it tonight...I reckon it can't be too bad as long as I get the 3 workouts per week with a day's rest inbetween...
Luckily for me, the other guy who's after her's the biggest geek ever and I outweigh him by at least 30lb I'm still gonna get better and beat him by an even bigger margin though

i just have a piece of advice, i kno you havent asked for it or anything but...
if another guy is after the same girl you are....shes not gonna look into either of your bodies too much...or your looks for that matter, especially at our age (you are 18-19 right?) look around campus or the mall or wherever and look at how many heniously ugly guys have really hot girlfriends, its simply mind-boggling, you just have to kno how to talk to girls, be a little cocky and they will believe you, especially at our age

hathy - I appreciate advice dude, lol, please give it as and when you can! I'm just working on getting everything perfect...I've been after this one for like 2 years and I've settled a couple of times over that time and regretted it
cammo - cheers dude, I'm working on it, they seem to think I'm 'nice' though lol...I'm definitely gonna have to work on the bad boy thing lol ooh, I got my workout in today, legs and shoulders, the only problem is the weights I use, I stick as much weight on the bar as I can and I've got used to it now. Can't wait 'til university, university gyms and I can finally go heavy! Between now and then I'm gonna build up my reps though, might as well work on endurance...

Did some HIIT this morning on a stationary bike, my brain wasn't working at the time though (really really really tired!) and I completely forgot about BCAAs...
Ah well, I'm working my chest + triceps tonight, last week I did skullcrushers and they seemed to work the top of my chest quite well so I'm gonna see how heavy I can do them tonight... Alex

okay I kinda forgot about this but to be honest I haven't made any progress...
however, that's all about to come to an end! I'm going to my local bodybuilding gym (Muscle Mania) and I'm gonna be doing TKD Guy's beginners' routine. I'll post that below in case you don't know it...

Bench press (8 reps x 3 sets) Incline Dumbbell Press (8 reps x 3 sets) Military Press Lateral Raises Dips (as many as possible) Tricep Extensions Day 2: Legs, abs Squats (7 reps x 3 sets) Leg Presses (8 reps x 3 sets) Hamstring Curls (10 reps x 3 sets) Stiff leg deadlifts (10 reps x 3 sets) Calf Raises (12 reps x 3 sets) Crunches (20 x 3 sets) (add weight if 20 is easy) V-Sit ups (as many as possible x 3 sets) Day 3: Back, Biceps, Forearms Lat pull downs (8 reps x 3 sets) Barbell Rows (8 reps x 3 sets) Deadlifts (8 reps x 3 sets) Dumbbell Shrugs (hold at the top for 2 seconds) Barbell Curls (8 reps x 3 sets) Dumbbell Curls (8 reps x 3 sets) Wrist Curls (12 resp x 3 sets)

My current stats are:
Weight : 154lb Shoulders : 43" Chest : 36" Waist : 32" Hips : 37" Thighs : 23" Calves : 16" Forearms : 11" Upper arms : 12.5" The stats I want are: Weight : 175lb or more Shoulders : at least 46", I really want the wide but flat look Chest : 40" maybe more Waist : 30" Hips : Can I change this? I doubt it I wouldn't mind smaller hips as I lose fat but they seem to be bone rather than fat... Thighs : 26"+ Calves : 18"+ Forearms : 13"+ Upper arms : 14"+

Since the diet plays the most important part of getting big, for tomorrow I've bought a litre of skimmed milk for starters. I've got wholemeal bread too...
The main meal in the evening will be quorn for protein and some baked potatoes for carbs. I'm also gonna get a couple of bananas, some more grapes, low fat cottage cheese for the evening and whatever else I see and like...
