did a full upper body workout tonight and now I feel awesome! suprising how I can get high from lifting weights lol
did 3 sets bench press, 3 sets deadlift, 2 sets bicep curls, 1 set close grip bench and a set of skullcrushers
the only thing that's annoying me now is that I left my shoulders 'til last and as I picked up the dumbells to shoulder press them I'd completely ran out of energy - forced them up one at a time but it was contrived and I don't think it worked my shoulders at all tbh
So tomorrow I'm gonna do a **** load of squats and try some lunges, probs gonna do some DoggCrapp style calf things, where you lift your body up on one foot and hold for a few seconds then go back.....
what a pump too, I just felt huge for like half an hour after! that's gonna mean I can't wait to lift for a while rather than put it off lol
