Well I am moved in the house and mustang is done! *Sigh/Breath*
Today is the first day back to the gym in a week. I am going to hit some chest/tris/abs today. Wednesday will be back/biceps Thursday will be shoulders/legs/abs Friday will be chest/tris again!

I went and did chest yesterday. It turned out into a lousy day...I took a double serving of No-Xplode and then went to the gym. I got to the locker room and saw that I had conviniently left my shirt at home...Of course yesterday I had on a dress shirt/tie for work so yea I wasnt about to workout in that.
SO I went home and got a shirt and came back. By the time I had come back I felt like I was on a downer. I decided to take things light especially since I had a week off. I did flat bench, incline bench, fly's, close grip tri presses, cable extensions and reverse cable extensions. I was sooo tired afterwards it was rediculous! It felt good to be back from a break. Today I am going to do back/bi's.

This week has been great so far. I feel like I am back in the game again. I hit chest/tri's on monday, had a killer leg workout on tuesday, shoulders/abs last night.
Today is back/bi's and I am going to incorporate some deadlifts which I neglected to do due to my back injury. I have strengthened my back through some routines and I feel strong enough to attempt some lighter deadlifts which will hopefully eventually turn into heavier deadlifts And of course tommorow will be chest/tri's/abs. I am running low on Cellmass so I need to get some more of that. I waited too long to order it so I think I may go 2 days without it which I hope doesnt mess up my cycle too much. I finally got a bbq this past weekend so my diet is more than back on track! I am eating 3 chicken breasts or eye of round steaks a day with a helping of rice each. In the morning I am eating a double serving protien shake with a yogurt/oats. I am also taking a double serving protien shake before bed each night. I have been doing this all week so far and I feel like I have more power and energy already. NOW I just need to get my sleep under control. I have had sleep issues in the past and my job has a rotating schedule which does not help...I just really have a hard time getting used to any schedule and I only seem to get about 6 hours of sleep a night. Tommorow right after the gym I have to meet with my lawyer and wrap things up which 50% of me is looking forward to and the other 50% is not lol. I got some new pics coming up. I have to get them off of my friends digital camera. My shoulders are looking a lot better thanks to the advice I got from you guys. Well until next time!

Well I am back with the journal...I took way too long off the updates lol. I have been going steadily 5 days a week now and I am on my company basketball team as well.
I plan on keeping this updated from here on out so stay tuned. I need to get some more pics but from my last ones I have some definite improvements. I remember that I had recieved a lot of shoulder advice from everyone about 5-6 months back and I have been hitting them very hard. Its definitly been my "most improved" muscle throughout the time period that I have been hitting them hard and I get compliments on them every time I wear a tank top at the gym now so I am VERY happy!! I am going through a bulking session for the winter and I am going to try and put on about 20lbs to cut in late march/early april. I am definitly as big as I have ever been. I have been doing everything with no supps. I have been doing the whole multivitamin/protien thing and thats it. I plan on starting a noxplode/cell mass stack in January. The results that I got last time were AMAZING so I cant wait to do another cycle thats for sure!! Well good to be back and stay tuned!

So I played basketball last night for my company (play every thursday). Its my only form of cardio for the week each week.
We lost to the best team in the league. Like only half our team showed up. There was too much trash talk going to. I got a tech foul for yelling at the ref cuz hes a dumbass... Anyways. Today I am going to hit some chest and triceps and tommorow I will be hitting some bi's and back.

Yea so most of the time I would be bulking over the winter and cutting twards spring...however I did it backwards this year. I bulked all summer...and I think I am starting to show the weight I have gained in the face....
I used to be 300 lbs...I cant handle showing wait...I have a complex about it now. I am going to start cutting imediatly. I am going to cut till I can see my abs...then I will bulk again. I am going to try and maintain size, I know I will shed off a little but it will be worth it. I want a six pack by summer and I think if I really put some effort into it now I will be able to swing it. Today is chest and triceps and some abs! I am going to add in a little treadmill before and after my workout.

Last night I had a pretty good chest workout. My elbow/left arm has been giving me issues and I also missed chest last week so I went semi easy on it.
I have definitly lost some strength and my bench has gone down. I need to get back on a cellmass/noxplode stack asap lol. I hit some light triceps as well. Chest: -Flat bench: 5 sets 185x8 -Incline Dumbells: 5 sets 80x8 -Machine Incline: 5 sets 270x8 -Cable Flys: 5 sets 160x10 Triceps: -Cable pull downs 5 sets 80 to failure -Kickbacks: 5 sets of 30x10 Today is back/biceps.

Congrats on quiting drinking! Its hard but anything worth doing is. Nothings wrong with an occasional beer, its all about moderation.
And good luck injecting the no xplode into your bloodstream...

Most people wont admit when there is a problem, I sure know I didnt. But it can be addicting, time filling, and just overall bad for muscle growth. Same with smoking, which is why Im quiting... Already quit everything else, its the last thing to go. Im even done with caffeine, which is why those pre workout drinks **** me up!
I'm sure youl see much better gains now without as much alcohol in your body even if its only a couple less.

I hear ya. I will indeed admit that I did have a problem. When my wife first left I was hitting almost a 6 pack a night for 2 months straight just to go to sleep. I really went down hill. Then I realized that "this wasnt me" and I cut way back and I have been casually drinking for the last 10 months.
I think that its just a compialation of things. I do have fun when I get tipsy...I mean who doesnt. But I have a lot of friends that drink ALOT and get stupid and one in particular who is causing a lot of problems for all of his friends and his family because of his constant drunkeness. I think that I am coming back to reality from my divorce and a few other stupid things that have happened and I am trying to remold myself to who I really am. I just REALLY REALLY want to get back to business and be serious with my workouts. I got my supps, my routine and this is the first step in the right direction.
