Yea sorry about the lack of detail I was in a hurry

Monday's chest/Tricep routine went as follows:

Chest:

Flat bench- 5 sets. I increased the weight per each set. Started with 8 reps of 185 and ended with my max which was 1 rep of 235.

Incline bench- 5 sets. I am just starting to step into heavier weight on this. I am sticking with 6 reps of 150 at the moment till I can go higher.

Machine Fly's- 5 sets. I am really killing this machine. I have it maxed out on the bottom weight which feels pretty good. I can rep that out 4-6 times. I start out at 120lbs and rep that 8-10 times. I then increase the weight and decrease the reps. I always try and go to failure which ends up being in the rep range I am looking for.

After the above 3 excersizes the gym got really crowded. My workout partner and I decided to weighted pushups. We grabbed a 45 plate and set it on each others back and did pushups to failure. We did 5 sets and it actually was a pretty good challenge I enjoyed it.

That was it for chest because we ended up waiting 10+ mins for the decline bench and then someone else cut in front of us and was being an ass so we moved on to triceps.

Triceps:

Skullcrushers: 5 sets. I have to say that my triceps after a good chest workout are pretty toasted. I did as much weight as I could for 6 reps.

Machine Isolated Pushdowns: 5 Sets. This one I try and push the heaviest weight I can for 6 reps. On the final set I go to failure, lower it 20lbs and go to failure till I am at 0lbs Its a good rush.

Close Grip Benchpress: 5 sets. I currently throw a 45 plate on each side (135lbs) and push till failure (which is usually 5-7 reps). My tri's were so blown out that the last 2 sets I could only get 3 reps, which I guess is a good thing

I had to stop after the above three excersizes, I had no strength left and I had punished myself enough for one day.

Here is a pic that I took yesterday while moving into my new house:

Side note on my personal life:

My wife finally served me with divorce papers on saturday. She was trying to sue me for 2 grand...This is after taking all our home furnishings and not talking to me for the last 2 months.

I called her lawyer and basically threatened to counter sue if she doesnt drop her requests and she has to give me the wedding rings that I will be paying on for another 3 years...and he obviously advised her to back down because she did! SO I won and I am happy about it. I didnt want the divorce, she did but at least I am not getting screwed.

SO the papers should be ready to sign by the end of the month.

Then the weirdest thing happened monday night. My ex girlfriend of 3 years that moved to florida sent me an email apologizing for what had happened 2 years ago when we broke up. We have not spoke in 2 years so it was just really strange to hear from her. I emailed her back on and off yesterday. I dont know what I am going to do with that but we will see.

BTW the whole "Die Trying" part is basically saying that I will not give up and nothing will get in my way. I am going to get big its that simple

arms and chest are looking okay, but you really need to hit those delts a lot harder. I wouldn't worry so much on the cross overs/flys.. replace these with some shoulder presses or front raises since you are already hitting this muscle group on chest day anyway.

I'd also suggest hitting those deltiods a bit harder, or with a differnt exercise, I would suggest "L Laterals Concentric + Side Laterals Eccentric", I enjoy this exercise and can see the differnce its making me, my delts were once a lacking part of me, but since I started using this, not so much.

Check it out man: http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/exerc...sexcentric.htm

Enjoy, felt I should show you it, incase you didnt know. Go easy with it to start, I'd bet it could be a easy exercise to create a rotator cuff problem.

Today is back/bicep day.

I am hopeing that my No-Xplode/Cellmass will come in either tommorow or saturday. I have been supplement free for like 6 months and I have built a good base so I want to really push myself and start taking the magical get big meds

Stay tuned for my after workout update.

Guess what I got!!

Yea so I used my first serving of No-Xplode. I definitly noticed a difference. I performed the load process and then waited a half hour. I started feeling a strong sense of energy inside and I was excited to hit the weights.

However I didnt notice the difference where I thought I would on my first excersize (Flat bench). After that I really started to see a difference on both my decline dumbell press as well as my 2 different Fly based excersizes.

I didnt end up getting to the gym until 9:10PM so I was pretty tired. I didnt take the cellmass yet. I plan on really hitting things hard today. Tonight is softball but I dont think I am going to play. My ankle injury is out of hand and I roll it almost every day...so I want to stay off it as much as I can.

Today is Back/Biceps. I am looking forward to see what No-Xplode can do for me on a day where i am not exaughsted.

Day 2 of No-Explode/Cellmass.

I have to say that I am shocked with No-Explode. Everyone was saying that it was really good and that the strength difference was imediately noticable. I have taken supplements in the past and V12 showed some decent results after a week or so. BUT this stuff I felt the first day. I couldnt believe it. I was focused and I push more weight than I have before.

I did back and bi's yesterday. Usually after bi's back is rough to do because of all the bi involvement.

My routine went as follows:

Bi's:
-Dumbell Curls: 5 sets of 6 reps (40lb dumbells)
These went really well. I have never been able to rep more than 1 with the 40's before until I started No-Xplode.

-Barbell Curls: 5 sets 4-6 reps (100lbs)
-Seated Barbell Curls: 5 sets 6-8 reps (30lbs)
I dont know what the official name for these are, but basically I sit on the end of a bench and tuck my elbows in my side and hold my arms sideways so I look like a "W" formation. I then do curls in that position. It really hits the bi's well.
-One hand Cable curls: 5 sets of 10 reps (50lbs)
-Hammer Curls: 5 sets of 10-12 reps (35lbs)

I will update back later...too busy at work. Tonight is triceps and shoulders!

Wow- just wow. I cannot believe it.

Last night I did shoulders and had an extremely good workout. Last week on my barbell military press I rep'd 125 4 times. Well I basically warmed up with that weight last night lol. I ended up pushing 175x4 last night on my last 2 sets. I cannot believe that it went up 50lbs! This No-Xplode/Cellmass combo is amazing.

The rest of my workout went like this:

-Military press (Barbell seated): 5 sets 10/8/6/4/4 (last 2 sets were with 175)
-Dumbell Front Lateral Raises: 5 sets to failure (8-10) with 40lb dumbells
-Dumbell Side Raises: 5 sets to failure (8-10) with 25lb dumbell
-Cable Pulls: 5 sets to failure (8-10) 40lb
-Arnold Press: 5 sets to failure (8-10) 25lb dumbell- By this point in my workout I was drained, I had pushed more weight on my shoulders than ever before with the help of my new best friend No-Xplode. I went light because I just couldnt push anymore heavy weight.

I am taking today off. Today is usually legs but with my ankle messed up I am just going to go home and do some abs. I cant wait for my ankle to heal. I seem to roll it everyday and its getting annoying. I may go to the doctors to get it checked out. I initially thought that it was just a bad roll like I have had in the past but I think it may be more serious that I thought

By the way- Everyone that is readying my journal...do yourself a favor and go pick up No-Xplode/Cellmass you wont regret it!

you didn't post your back routine. And I'm guessing your doing 5x5? How is it working out for you?

Glad to see the CellMass and NoX working for you. It's usually hit or miss with most, and good to see it a 'hit' with your body and your body responding.

Your right I didnt! If 5X5 means 5 routines 5 sets each (+warmups) then yes thats what I do.

I dont know if I have mentioned this before but I have a lower back injury so I have to be really careful with back. Most if not all my back excersizes are usually upper back related. If my back is feeling ok after some punishment I move to lower back but I always do lighter weight.

Here is my back routine:

-Close Grip Pulldowns: 5 sets till failure (6-8)
-Wide Grip Pulldowns: 5 sets till failure (6-8)
-Seated Cable Rows: 5 sets till failure (6-8)
-One Arm Dumbell Rows: 5 sets till failure (6-8)
-Good Mornings: 5 sets till failure (6-8)

It felt good to have a night off. I took it easy, went out and got a good burger cooked rare and just went to bed early.

However, today is back to business and I am ready to hit some chest/tri's.

Thanks for the encouragement cubanchick. Things were rough and I went through a lot over the last couple months. I tried really hard to fix things and put 300% into our marriage and trying to repair it. She was just too young and immature to realize what shes giving up and is treating it like we were dating...Honestly I didnt get over it or face it till I saw her with another guy about a month ago. I am a very forgiving person. I will forgive anyone for anything. BUT if you leave the marital bed and your with someone else...thats where I draw the line and see you for what you are. I am not going to call her what she is because thats just how I am but I am sure you get the idea.

I too have had lower back issues, and just now getting some strength. I know, trust me, I know what lower back pain is and wish that on no one!!

Try and add some lightweight deads at the beginning of this routine. Even if you really don't feel like you are working it that hard, it will still help. Try 135 lbs. for 3-4 sets. I would also back off 2 sets of cables and one arm rows. Three sets of each is plenty, just add 10-15 lbs to your other sets. The rest looks pretty good. Keep up the great work.

Yea I really want to start hitting those deadlifts. I am going to try them tommorow on my back day.

Ok so friday was only the best workout day EVER. My workout partner and I usually go for Max flat bench on fridays. The week previous my max was 230 struggling. Well I did a decent warmup and then slapped 230 on there expecting to really struggle it up again....well I rep'd it 3 times! Both my workout partner and myself were like WTF!? We slapped 10 more lbs (which put me up to 240) on there and I pushed it up without a problem! SO we slapped on 10 more and I put 250 up with some slight difficulty. Threw on 5 lbs which put me up to 255 and I pushed it up with difficulty BUT I GOT IT!!

I was so psyched!!!! I cant believe that I up'd my max by 25 lbs in a week! I know its the supplements and the diet, I cant believe that it happened this fast.

The rest of my workout I went fairly light (incline bench, machine and cable fly's ect...)

Today is chest again. I am definitly looking forward to pushing weight that I used to struggle with for my "light" day.

More updates to come!

If you maxed on Friday, I wouldn't focus on Heavy, focus on reps. Start about 205, then go 215, then 225 for your reps.

Since you did chest on Friday, why not do back today to give your chest/tris another day of rest before hitting them hard tomorrow?? And really, if anything, do shoulders and tries and skip the chest because your delts definitely need the extra work

Bah- Havent been updating the ol journal this past week. I have been so busy and only made it to the gym 2 days so far this week.

I have been kind of down on my workouts this week. I really dont like my gym anymore and I think its dragging me down. I am contemplating switching to powerhouse.

I am making progress with my weight increases without a question, I dont know what my deal is.

Between my divorce (which I still dont want to happen), moving into my new house, and trying to finish my hobby car I am at my wits end with everything. I try to man up and be tough but I am hitting my limit.
