Tbar Rows 140x6 140x5------>95x7 hammer grip (arrow means superset) Hammer grip CG pulldowns 150x8 180x6 Standing db curls 30x10 35x8 40x4 Rev. bb curls 30x10 40x8 Forgot all about core work until now. Good workout though, had a nice pump in my lats/biceps.
