Going to start up again tomorrow with a bit of pulling. Feeling better but my throat is still sore which makes eating kinda hard, not a problem though - I'll just force it down. Was thinking of switching routines to a 4 day split but have decided against it. I read a comment on another forum about everyone nowadays overanalyzing everything and jumping around from program to program expecting incredible gains. I am going to stick with this program and start eating more, and more until I start to see some gains. I've been getting enough rest, the programs solid, so it all comes down to my diet. I am hoping on getting up to 185 on my summer bulk, then start to cut back to around 177.
