Just don't get caught right in the middle of two weight classes. I remember when I had to cut like 5 pounds every meet it was not fun. I spit in a cup all day during school and then put on a sweatsuit and ran stairs before the meets trying to barley sneak in on weight and all this was after like two straight days of not eating.

today i did chest
bb bench 4 sets 4-10 reps db incline press 4 sets 6-10 reps db flat flys 3 sets 8-10 reps hammer strength decline 4 sets 6-10 reps over all pretty good work out i thought chest is sore but i'll live cell tech update gained about 1 1/2 llbs in about 2 servings not bad |
