Exclamation team rv's training

hey guys if u read any of my threads be4 u proboally know that i'm a skinny a$$ mofo but i'm trying to gain and this is my stats

i weigh about 90 llbs but would like to be up to about 110 by sept 27 06
the supps i've been taking are cytogainer by cyto sport cell tech by muscle tech a multi vitamin and evenetually i'll try cell mass by bsn i have just had my first serving of cell tech today and i hope i see the results it promises any way this is my split


mon:back
tues:chest
wed:legs
thur:shoulders
fri:biceps and triceps

yes i know i should be taking days off and i usually do but this is just an example of what i do any feed back helps thanks

Just don't get caught right in the middle of two weight classes. I remember when I had to cut like 5 pounds every meet it was not fun. I spit in a cup all day during school and then put on a sweatsuit and ran stairs before the meets trying to barley sneak in on weight and all this was after like two straight days of not eating.

The shipments of Cell-Tech we've been getting @ my job lately have a flashy sticker attached to it claiming you can gain 7 lbs. in 7 days. I don't know what it's talking about but I'm sure it's talking about gaining this weight with the Cell-Tech.

Don't let the propaganda and advertising show you. Just stick to a solid diet and routine. Make sure you sleep and let the supplements work what they're meant to work with. Don't expect anything crazy. It's just creatine one way or another.

Default chest work out 5/27/06

today i did chest

bb bench 4 sets 4-10 reps

db incline press 4 sets 6-10 reps

db flat flys 3 sets 8-10 reps

hammer strength decline 4 sets 6-10 reps


over all pretty good work out i thought chest is sore but i'll live

cell tech update gained about 1 1/2 llbs in about 2 servings not bad
