either way, is till think the money could have gone towards a better set up. $50 is closer to a bench and barbell than $0

To run X-Factor 3 caps a day. So I think 1 bottle would be enough. True $50 could help but not much. Maybe you could get the Barbell from Ebay, but that's about it!!!! So you're still left with no Plates. I am sure Traz will work it out.

I full cycle of X-Factor is 50 days and it requires 2 bottles. It says it on the bottle itself.

I got a discount and got my X-Factor (2 bottles) for $90 (includes shipping)...

I have been living in a small apartment and there just isn't enough room for alot of exercise equipment. I am in the process of moving into a house, though, so I should be able to get a bench and a barbell pretty soon. As for joining a gym...The money isn't as much of a problem as time is...I can go to the YMCA here for free through the hospital I work for, but I don't have the time to go there every day because it is a long distance from my house. It is also extremely crowded and I just don't have the extra time to drive out there and then fight the crowds...I have a very busy schedule with my full-time job, GF, full-time band...I have to workout at home or else I have no personal time whatsoever...My schedule looks like this:

7:30am Wake up and get ready for work/ Eat/ Take vitamins and supps.

8:30am Arrive at work (start drinking water).

10:55am 15min break @ work where I eat as much as possible and drink more water.

11:10am Return to work

12:38pm Lunch hour where I either finish errands (go to bank etc) or take a short nap. Supps are taken if necessary and I sometimes have a protein shake or a meal...Depends.

1:38pm Return to work

5:30pm Get off from work and eat my preworkout meal. (Sometimes I get my laundry together if I have to do it that day)

6:30pm Workout.

7:30pm Drink PWO shake and take shower and grab laundry if necessary.

8:00pm Stop by my GF's apt to see her for a minute before band practice. I generally eat another meal here too.

8:30pm
Band Practice.

10:30pm Return to GF's apt and finally relax for a minute, maybe have a before bed shake or a small meal.

11:30pm Sleep and then Repeat.

As you can see, I just don't have time to spare really...Maybe if there was a less crowded gym that was closer to where I live, but the way things stand right now it would just take too much time...I already feel like I am neglecting my awesome GF as it is...

Damn, and I thought I had a busy schedule. Well when ever you move into you're house you should have more than enough room bro. It seems that time is always the problem. That's why I hit the gym at 5:00am. It's never crowded and I get in and out. Maybe an early morning schedule might suit you best Bro.

/\ I was afraid someone was going to say that...I have a hard enough time getting up at 7:30am! I am not a morning person. I just don't have any steam in the morning even if I am not tired. For me to get up at 5:30am or even 6:30am would whip my @$$! I don't feel like I am getting enough sleep as is...

I am a night owl and it is hard for me to get to bed any earlier than 11:30pm-12:00am...

I wasn't a morning person either, till I got a job and had to start getting up early... things change and people change, just takes time and commitment. You got some?

I know you do though, you've come along way already.

Ya it's hard if you're not a morning person. In fact I get up at 4:30am and I am on the treadmill at 5:00am. I think you could do it.

Ideally, I could get to bed earlier, but as it stands now I can't really get to bed before 11:30pm. Sleep has really been hurting my gains too and I have really been trying to get my 8 hrs a night (been doing really well in this area in the past couple of weeks)...As it stands now I would have to lower my nightly sleep below 8 hrs to probably around 6.5 (at the least) to be able to get to the gym so early...I am not sure if I can do that right now...

X-Factor Update: I did legs last night (A typical leg workout/ See above) and I would say that my workout was average...Nothing to write home about. I felt a little more fatigued than normal, but that could just be because I am tired...Who knows. I am definitely feeling extra DOMS in my Bis/Tris from Monday. DOMS hasn't set in yet in my legs...Could be serious! I am still getting random chest/ lat pumps. My chest feels almost sore like I lifted yesterday, but I haven't done chest since last Thursday!

X-Factor Update: I never get headaches and I have a pretty decent one right now following my second dose of the day. It really sucks because I can't take anything for it! It is a strange feeling headache sort of like a more intense version of the strange head feelings I was getting on the first day. It is actually starting to get better as we speak though, chugging some water seemed to help...

The DOMS in my legs is starting to kick in as well...I may really be hurting tomorrow! I am really excited about my chest routine tomorrow! I have had a chest pump all day for no reason and I can't wait to see what happens when I actually get a real pump from training!

Me and him are on the same boat. We've officially agreed that we don't care what people think. We're weak...and what. I never call anyone weak so I wouldn't expect anyone to do it to me anyways lol
