I"m currently taking whey, and creatine...athought i'm having second thoughts about creatine....a lot of people are telling me it causes kidney failure, and it's hard to find good, non biased facts.

Creatine is only problematic in people that have existing kidney disease. Drink plenty of water and you will be fine.

There is a this guy at my gym who is absolutely HUGE. He came and talked to me, he's gonna give me a new workout that should help me get bigger faster. After he was done talking to me he went back to benching 500+ pounds
I'll post the new workout. Also he said i was overtraining, i was working out 6+ days a week. I hope to see more gains with the new workout!
