Day 2

Shoulders
DB Military Press
DB Shrugs
Side Butterflys DB
Cybex Military Press
Arnold Press

Biceps
Preacher Curls
Standing Curls EZ Bar
Hammer Curls On Incline Bench
21's using BB
One Arm Curls on Cybex

Day 3

Back
Low Row
Dead Lift
Chin Ups
Lat Pulldown
Roman Chair

Legs
Squat
Leg Press
Calf Raise Standing
Calf Raise Sitting
Leg Extensions (quads)
Leg Curls

I also rotate abs every other day.

I"m currently taking whey, and creatine...athought i'm having second thoughts about creatine....a lot of people are telling me it causes kidney failure, and it's hard to find good, non biased facts.

Creatine is only problematic in people that have existing kidney disease. Drink plenty of water and you will be fine.

There is a this guy at my gym who is absolutely HUGE. He came and talked to me, he's gonna give me a new workout that should help me get bigger faster. After he was done talking to me he went back to benching 500+ pounds.
I'll post the new workout. Also he said i was overtraining, i was working out 6+ days a week. I hope to see more gains with the new workout!
