TUES 25/7
HIIT in the pool... I swim 3 lengths at a moderate pace & then crank up the pace for the forth lap. Did this for around 20 mins and got about 9 cycles in - hopped out of the pool & got dizzy as hell... ![]() I have an elliptical at home & I've been trying to get my ass outta bed and straight onto it but it's been too cold. My gym membership covers the pool entry too so I'll just keep up the swimming until it gets warmer. |

ALL 2 sets x 15 reps 45º Leg Press 180kg Leg Curl 42kg Seated Calf 60kg Inc DB Press 25kg BB Rows 55kg Lateral Raises 9kg Cable Curls 38kg Overhead Cable Tri Extension 42kg Cable Crunches 72kg x 20reps Hanging Leg Raise no added weight That's it for the 15's - start on the sets of 10 next week. Obviously I will start on heavier weights than I started on the 15's but not as much as I did this particular workout - although the weights will be higher on the last workout of the 10's than they were here. To those who didn't already know, this is called Zig Zagging. |

ALL 2 sets x 10 reps (unless otherwise specified) Squat 90kg Leg Curl 48kg Standing Calf 126kg x 12 DB Incline Press 1 x 25kg, 1 x 27.5 Lat Pulldown 78kg BB Upright Row 39.5kg BB Curls 20kg - very slow & controlled Overhead Cable Tri Extensions 48kg Decline Crunches 5kg Hanging Leg Raise no added weight x 15 I was feeling pretty rough when I got out of bed but my No-Xplode perked me up for my workout. |
