Day 61

Well sorry about the break in reporting my workouts.....I just sold my house and its crazy!!!! i have to fix this and fix that........its cost me 4 days of training!!! Today I will be doing chest and shoulders so be looking for the post a little later.....BTW I started this cutter supp called "Vaporize" check out Bodybuilding dot com for the actual specs. So far so good....the heaviest I got after Halodrol was 220 with a 41-40 inch lovehandle waist.....now I'm at 206.8 and a 38-38 1/2 inch waist - hell ya!!

I'll post workout a little later....

*EDIT*

As promised...

Chest

DB Bench 12,12,8,3
DB Hammer 11,8,9,4
DB Flys 12,12

*My DB Press went from 70 pounders to 80 pounders...oh yeah!10lb+

Shoulders
Arnold Press 12,10,9,5
Front Delt Raises 12,10
Side Delt Raises 12,8

*My shoulders were burnt from all the DB work on Chest but still got a pretty good workout. I tried to stay in the 8-12 range, except for my last set usually low like 3-4. DB arnold press went from 35 pounders to 40 pounders! 5lb+

Arms

Biceps
BB Curl 12,10,8,4
Incline DB curl 12,9,9,6


Triceps
Pressdown 12,10,10,5
Reverse Press 12,5


Not too bad - felt alright although I only got 4 hours of sleep if that!



Day 63

Cardio

Hiit Program
2 min walk
10 min Hiit
2 min walk

Kinda tired.....

Abs
Knee to Chest 3 sets of 50


Day 64

OFF
Today is my daugthers birthday!!! I'n not doing anything but celebrating with her - she's one year old!! Wow..time flys..

Off...like I said earlier I'm selling my house and I've been working my ass off on fixing it up - lost 4 lbs doing so...

Day 68

Chest

DB Flat Press 4 sets *went up 5 lbs from 80lb DB's to 85lb DB's!!
DB Incline Press 4 sets
DB Flys 2 sets

Back


T-Bar Rows 3 sets - good burn in the back!

Overall considering the work I've been doing on my house I think I pretty happy with my progress -

Day 70 - 73 Off

Still fixing up the house for sale....I think I've got everything I need to get done - DONE FINALLY!!! I can finally get back to a regular lifting schedule.

About Day 95.

I'm still here I've been moving to my new house, so I've been to busy to post - but it I'll post soon!

Oh ya - max was 315lb.
