Arms Biceps BB Curl 12,10,8,4 Incline DB curl 12,9,9,6 Triceps Pressdown 12,10,10,5 Reverse Press 12,5 Not too bad - felt alright although I only got 4 hours of sleep if that! Day 63 Cardio Hiit Program 2 min walk 10 min Hiit 2 min walk Kinda tired..... Abs Knee to Chest 3 sets of 50 Day 64 OFF Today is my daugthers birthday!!! I'n not doing anything but celebrating with her - she's one year old!! Wow..time flys..

Day 65,66,67
Off...like I said earlier I'm selling my house and I've been working my ass off on fixing it up - lost 4 lbs doing so... Day 68 Chest DB Flat Press 4 sets *went up 5 lbs from 80lb DB's to 85lb DB's!! DB Incline Press 4 sets DB Flys 2 sets Back T-Bar Rows 3 sets - good burn in the back! Overall considering the work I've been doing on my house I think I pretty happy with my progress -

Current Wieght 208.2lbs ARMS BICEPS BB CURL 85,95,105,110 / 12,12,8,3 Hammer Curl 30,35,40,45 / 12,10,8,4 TRICEPS Skull Crusher 75,85,95,100 / 12,12,8,4 Sit Downs Bodyweight - 25,19,15,10 Freaken awesome pump today!!!!
