Day 26
Well I havent posted anything on my diet in quite a while so heres what I'm "basically" eating. Wake up 0600 Whey Protien Shake with glutamine/and powdered milk its great! 1 cup oatmeal (Cooked) w/ 1 tsp brown sugar 1-fish oil 1-multi 1-B12 supp 1-Tbsp liquid aminos 1000 3 egg (whole egg) burrito in a low-carb tortilla 1-can tuna w/1 tsp fat-free italian dressing - awesome (couldnt eat out of can anymore-nasty) 1-matzo salt free cracker to eat w/tuna(its about the size of half a sheet od paper) 1-fish oil 1-flaxseed oil 2-milk thistle 1300 1-Chicken Breast 1-small baked potato or brown rice (sometimes a protien bar, depending on how I feel) 1-Halodrol 1-CoQ10 1-fish oil 1530 1-Chicken Breast A few salt free chips and salsa 1-small baked potato or brown rice small salad w/ranch Postworkout Whey protein shake w/glutamine About 30-40 min later (Dinner) 2-fish filets 1-small salad 1-small baked potato or brown rice 1-tbsp liquid aminos SLEEP It pretty high in protien and carbs but believe it or not its not a ton of calories. I havent felt too tired as far as not getting the right amount of food, also this is about what I can afford to eat! Today Legs Warmup Front Squats 3 sets Workout Front Squats 3 sets DB Lunges 3 sets Leg Extention 3 sets Today kinda felt like sh*t. Day 27
Today I will be starting PCT and begin to cut down the wieght. Day 28
Back(kinda....had a brain fart and did shrugs?????dont ask me why) Warmup Shrugs 3 sets Workout Shrugs 3 sets Bent Over Rows 3 sets Close Grip Pull Down 3 sets Single Hand (palm in) cable Lat Pull Down 2 sets 2 hours later Cardio Hiit Program 2 min walk 13 min Hiit 30 sec jog/ 30 sec sprint Today felt like i didnt get the "best" workout but not bad....just one of those days...cardio was good though added a minute to my time!

Keep it going man, you are in the zone. Your legs are looking good, I wish I could get developement like that. I will, eventually. You have a $hit ton of motivation and you been going strong for a month now so youre all good. All you have to do is just stay dedicated, and I know you know that. Rock on!

Nice change from my ususal fish filet,baked potato, and cooked veggies.

Day 30
Bicep BB Curls 3 sets heavy Hammer Curls 3 sets heavy Triceps Single DB Tricep Extention 2 sets As you can see I didnt do much today......thats because I worked from 0530 to 0000 last night! 181/2 hours! Talk about being f*cken tired! I just did this little workout when I got home so I didnt feel like a total lazyass. Still got a tremendous pump though...

Day 33
HOLYSH*T!! For the next couple of weeks I'm trying something a little different - kinda fast paced - multiple set - weights session. If anyone is familer with the Body For Life workouts its bascially the same thing. Ist designed to help shed unwanted pounds - shock the muscles into growth - and kick you as*! Heres what I did today.....also only 1 minute rest between sets, and the last two sets no rest. 2 minutes between exercises. Chest DB Flat Bench 12,10,8,6,12 switch to DB Flys 12 (reps) Back DB Rows 12,10,8,6,12 switch to Reverse Rows 12 Shoulders Seated DB Press 12,10,8,6,12 switch to Reverse Rows 12 Biceps Barbell Curls 12,10,8,6,12 switch to Hammer Curls 12 Triceps Cable two-handed press down 12,10,8,6,12 switch to single hand reverse grip tricep extentions This was a killer over-all body workout I'm not used to.....I usually work one bodypart for about 3 exercises and about 9 total sets - takes about 30-45min. This took me 1hour and 6 minutes! Great workout though. Well...later!

Day 34
CARDIO Hiit Program on treadmill - 30sec jog/ 30sec sprint 2min walk warmup 15min Hiit.......thats 2 minutes longer than usual! felt pretty good.....today starts the 2 rebound xt a day instead of three. If your referring to bodywieght I started at 207 ended at about 216. But the BW doesnt really interest me (as i had fat to lose)..I was more interested in inches. About 1 more week and it'll be time to measure and post again- till then ....train...train...train!

Day 35
Legs Quads Barbell Front Squats 12,10,8,6,12 swith to Leg Extentions 12 Hams DB Lunges 12,10,8,6,12 switch to Straight Legged Deadlift 12 Calves Calf Raises (toes striaght) BW 25,20,20,20,15 switch to Calf Raises BW (toes out) 12 Abs Decline Situp w/wieght 12,10,8,6,12 switch to Knee to Chest Crunches 50 Well as you can see still using the fast paced kinda superset workout. Yesterday I was at Wal-Mart and found creatine 52 serv with 5.25 g of creatine, 1 g of taurine, 32 sugar carbs - FOR $10.00!! Can we say "DEAL!", so I've added that to my daily routine.today was pretty good DB Lunges were so f*cken hard - holy crap - BBBUUURRRNNN!!!
