Day 15
Today did shoulders, today was the beginning of my third week on Halodrol. I did notice strengh gains with the Halodrol.....and today I had some massive pumps in my shoulders!

Day 16
Today did Biceps and Triceps, I was feeling good so heres what I did: Biceps warmup (10-12 reps) Incline DB 3-sets (light wieght around 30lbs to start) Biceps workout (4-8 reps) Incline DB 3-sets Barbell Curls 3-sets Reverse Grip Curls 3-sets Triceps warmup (10-12 reps) DB Kickbacks 3-sets Tricep workout (4-8 reps) DB Kickbacks 3-sets Skull Crushers 3-sets Reverse Grip cable Pull-down 3-sets *Also I did the exercises alternating bodyparts ie: bicep excerise then tricep excercise etc. I had a awesome pump in my arms I measured after my workout just for sh*ts and giggles and my arms were 16 3/4" compared to the un-pumped 16". Crazy an almost full inch pump! Felt great! 2-Hours Later Cardio 2-min walk warm up 1-min jog warm up 10 Hiit Program 30 sec jog/ 30 sec sprint Talk about being tired afterwards..not to bad though I made sure to eat a little extra carbs on this day to cover the hour long bicep workout and the Hiit Program.

Good luck on your training! You are my height and at my max I was 198 SOFT lbs. Now I am 180 and hope to shed about 10 more. Being a guy that use to weigh 145 to 150 I am f***ing huge in my mind!

Day 19
Legs Hack Squats Straight Legged Deadlift Leg Extention Ham Curl 4 hours later 2min walk 1min jog 12 min Hiit! Two mintues longer than usual! Went ok but I didnt have the best pump...ate **** yesterday (it was my day off!) Had a nice ole' hamburger!

Day 20
Chest Warmup Bench 3 sets Workout Bench 3 sets DB Flys 3 sets Incline DB 3 sets Decline Hammer 3 sets * Ya, today I pulled the sterotypical crush your rib cage with the barbell. Unfortunetly I couldnt get a spotter and also couldnt get up the wieght!...lol.. I did the ole' push one side up and the other to the ground...lol...I bent the **** out of my barbell I think I had about 185lbs on for my last set. Oh well I fixed it, funny than sh*t though, I was like "Oh sh*t guess I'll just stay here until someone finds me..lol

Back Warmup Deadlift 3-sets Workout Deadlift 3 sets Single-arm palm in pull downs 3 sets Single-arm palm out pull downs 3 sets 3-Hour Later Hiit 12 Min ...man I was tired on this one...but did it anyway....GROW GROW GROW!

Day 23
Shoulders (had to make up from yesterday!) Military Press 4 sets Shrugs 4 sets Biceps Barbell Curls 4 sets Preacher Curls 4 sets Triceps Skull Crusher 4 sets Tricep DB Extention 4 sets When I was coming home to work out I was pretty tired i work regular 12 hour shifts at the police department, but after i started lifting i felt pretty good! Anyway almost ready to wrap up the Halodrol, about 6 more days or so. Heres a pick I took just for sh*ts and giggles about 2 hours after lifting (unpumped) I know I really dont have the best defintion, but ....build it and it will come....
