IggI's second eight week cycle
Just finished my second eight week cycle of cardio, weight training and good eating habits. I am just about down to a size 38 waist blue jeans. I took ya'lls advice and started eating five to six meals a day instead of just three and it did make a difference in my weight lose. I'm down to lbs.
One more thing I've learned is a "cycle" to me is very different to what a "cycle" means to others but as Jason Smally says "That's O.K.".
I'll give another report in eight more weeks.
