I played tennis from 11am until 530pm, and that's the only exercise i got today. I was going to lift, but my guitar lesson got pushed up an hour to 6:00...and i didn't get around to it. I'm lifting tomorrow and doing abs for sure. If my feet are up for it, i'm doing a session of HIIT.

Worst food i ate all day was a glass of mountain dew.

Not bad, i suppose...what about you glockwork?

Yesterday "Monday" for breakfast i had a "breakfast mix drink" it wasnt bad at all
at lunch we had "dragon ribs" its just meat w/ BBQ sauce, i had 2
2 tater triangles
2 portable bowls of cereal w/ skim milk "100 Cals each"
an orange
dinner i had a turkey and wheat sandwhich
later that night i had a yogurt and cheese stick and a diet dr. pepper

so after lunch about 3 hours, i had my usual work out, then i went home took 2.5 scoops of ON 100% WHEY w/ water, then i took a nap cuz i was tired.
Then around 745 i woke up and ran 1 mile up to my highschool, then got on the track walked half a lap, then ran 2.5 more laps, then proceeded to run home so a total of 2.75 miles i felt pretty good thats when i had my yogurt and cheese stick.

i am now getting ready to go to school i had 3 scrambled eggs, and im going to buy a chocolate milk before school at the gas station cuz it has some good stuff in it for you and it gets me goin, plus it tastes good! i have work tonight i get off school at 3:35 and i have work 5-9 ill probably run after work for about 2 miles at the highschool.

ill update when i get home.

ok at lunch today i had some corn chips w/ salsa, and 2 quesadillas with salsa grapes and 2 8 oz chocolate milks. I came home and had a yogurt and a granola bar. I then walked up to my sisters work to get the car 1 mile.
At work "mcdonalds its hard to eat clean" but i had 3/4 of a small cinnamon roll a half of a chicken breast and a half of a small rootbeer but 3 cups of water i know pop is bad but i got greedy. Sooo I had work til 9 but got off around 8:10 so i could begin my running on the track earlier, i got to the highschool and i ran 1.5 miles then walked 1 then jogged the straight aways *100 meters* and jog the curves *100 meters* for another lap so all together
1.75 miles running
+1.25 walking
--------------------
=2.90 miles total

i feel pretty good its my 5th day of consecutive cardio of atleast 2 miles
in 2 more days at the end of the week i hope to by them get some calipers or get a test done to check my B/F% i know that back before i started to lift i was about 23% in december, but i didnt start actually doing cardio and eating clean until late january. I'll keep you updated

So...Are you two the same person? Or are you just holding each other's hands while you do this log? Or what?

Today i woke up and had a
Breakfast - Bowl of Raisin bran w/ Skim milk
snack - Natural grain "oats and Honey" bar
snack - bag of skittles
Lunch - 2 slices of Turkey,Lettuce,Cheese, light mayonnaise, an orange, 8 oz. chocolate milk, tater tots cup and a cup of pudding.
After school i lifted for about 40 minutes, then went home and had
PWO - 2 scoops of ON 100% Whey protein w/ water, fruit snacks for carbs and sugars to help w/ the whey, another Natural grain Bar.
work i had like 10 grapes, and a grilled chicken (no bun lettuce or mayo just the chicken) a SMALL cup of HI-C orange and then im now home, and i'm going to go have another chicken breast "farely large" how do my days look so far?

-CARDIO-
Since today was a legs included workout, i ran 1.75 miles and walked the other .25 for a complete of 2 miles.

back to my question how is this looking? i continue to go with this til i get where i feel i look good.

Still on spring break, school starts next monday.

Got up around 10:00am today
Wrap with a flour tortilla with cheese and ham, two juicy-juices (out of orange juice.. )
For lunch, i had a banana, a chicken breast and a half, along with some water. While i love water to just drink at the computer or something, it's tough staying away from pepsi and other drinks while eating. I did it today though!
Dinner was turkey and rice, with some incredible bread from a local bakery. I'm going to use it tomorrow for turkey sandwiches...definitely.

the usual four hours of tennis and my shoulders+back routine today also. Glock...what's your ab routine? I don't really like mine, and i might want to use a different one.

I did a session of hiit today, and felt GREAT after it...well like after i showered at least.

For breakfast, i had an orange with some milk.
Lunch was a turkey sandwich with last night's turkey on almost the last flour tortilla i have.
Dinner was pizza with some water...i'm still trying to get used to this water-doesn't-suck-with-food idea.

No worries bro...

I was just confused initially because: 1. I don't know either of you all that well yet and 2. I don't think anyone has done a tandem diary yet...Not that it is a bad thing...Just interesting. Whatever motivates you!

Yesterday was an OK day for me, as well as saturday. After another long day of tennis on saturday, i came home to a glass of milk, two pieces of whole grain bread and the last of the turkey. Later that night, i had four pieces of pizza (grease blotted off of course).

Sunday, was not AS good...with no real cardio involved. We were at a funeral...and my mom just handed me a piece of cake. I swapped it for a smaller one, but cake is still cake in terms of sucking for nutrition. Since it was easter, we had our traditional lamb and ham dinner, and i got plenty.

Today was pretty good, with a lamb sandwich for lunch, a bottle of water, and some pretzels. I had 3 bottles of water during school, but it really sucks because three class periods in a row, i can't drink any...as the teachers are STUPID. (as a side note, i'm seriously considering telling my uncle, who's a doctor, to sign a note saying that i'm on creatine. And since i'm on creatine, if i don't stay hydrated, i will get realllllllly sick.)
I'M NOT REALLY ON CREATINE
After i got home, i had some ham and the low-fat low-sodium cheese my mom bought on a flour wrap.

(by the way this is sunday and mondays BAD food intake not just mondays) about 4 hershey kisses, some jelly beans, like 8 starbursts, about half of a cupcake, and 3 peeps.. i wasnt plannin on running today but i did i think i hit about 3 miles total and maybe .5 miles of that was walking. ill update more tomorrow im tired.

that makes me feel a lot better about my slip up today. My mom put a piece of cake into my lunch, so i gave half to a friend and ate it. I had a chicken sandwich on my usual flour wrap when i got home, did my dynamic warmups, and then lifted.

I did feel a lot better after warming up and then doing the dynamic stretches while i lifted...i'm going to start doing that from now own i believe.

Tomorrow i'm going to do my other hiit session this week, and probably a third on saturday.

i havent had pop in a while.. but i do drink quite often a can of diet pop but its calorie free so im ok in the "losing weight category" yesterday i ate pretty much clean except a peep and a few tootsie rolls at work lol.. For cardio i played DDR for an hour haha on HEAVY i just didnt feel like running but felt like i had to do something. Today i ate clean except 2 peeps after my PWO protein shake for an insulin spike, and tastey too.. I had chicken for breakfast and some pineapple later on. Yesterday i also ordered my No-Xplode and Cellmas for $73 shipped, idk if thats a good deal but what from what i read about these 2 stacked i cant wait to get it, i probably wont work out on friday due to huge pains in my inside and outside wrists and my outside forearm im taking a 600mg ibuprofen starting tonight and tomorrow etc. until i feel better.. If i get my NO-Xplode and Cellmass before monday i will lift on monday with it and i plan on doing a review on it.
