After a tougher day than usual at tennis practice (mostly because a teammate and i did conditioning drills almost all practice together), his mom took us to sheetz to celebrate. What we were celebrating was beating the best two girls in our grade in doubles...which isn't a HUGE accomplishment, but it is fairly large.
At sheetz, i stayed healthy, opting for some of that Simply Orange to drink and a turkey and cheese flour wrap. -Saturday- On saturday, i woke up early, and went for a haircut/lunch day with my dad. It was fun, and we went to our favorite place down town. The pizza there is INCREDIBLE, and is actually pretty healthy...with light cheese, olive oil, and roma tomatoes. After that, i had some bread..and went to my friend jared's house. At jared's, we played madden for an hour and a half..then busted out the DDR, which was SUCH! a good decision. I played everything on heavy mode, with my long sleeve shirt and jeans on, since i didnt have anything to change into. I was so hot and sweaty...it was terrific All of this DDR is really starting to want to get me back into it...it's certainly a fat burner. Pop Free Count: 2 days ^ i know...i was at a friend's party last night, and they turned their water off for the month becauseu the bill will already be so high...and all they had was pop at the stupid freakin party. I had about a cup of diet coke...but pop is still pop, even if it's diet. |

ok so last wednesday i ordered my No-Xplode and Cellmass, it didnt arrive til saturday, but i didnt care because i didnt lift friday, because my wrists and forearms were screaming "NO!" lol so i listened and i dont lift sat, or sundays either. So the weekend my eating was not so good but i made up for it w/ some ddr and i mean alot lol. So now today on monday, i woke up and put 2 scoops of No-Xplode into a bottle for after school, "just the powder not w/ water yet" i then put a scoop of Cellmass in a baggy for after workout. So this morning my breakfast was bad im not going to lie lol, i had a chocolate milk (not too bad) but then 2 donuts
oh well.lunch i ate a bologna/turkey with cheese lettuce and a little mayonnaise w/ white bread, an orange and a 8 oz. of chocolate milk. So then around 3:15 in math i mixed up my No-Xplode (make sure you take off the cap if you are shaking it to release pressure periodically*im glad i read this before i shook it up*) So i drank it around 3:17, school gets out at 3:34 i started lifting at about 3:35 cuz i lift at school, the surge of energy i had to lift was amazing from No-Xplode i loved it i was so tired before i drank it then about 15 minutes later i was in the zone. I walked into the weightroom feeling like i could move anything. so here follows what i did today and ill also write what i normally do. Bench press: 135x10 145x8 155x6 165x4 175x4*failure I normally just do that but i only get to 155x6*failure so quite an increase EZ-Bar curls 55x10 65x8 65x8 70x6 70x4*failure (i barely if even got up 3 and i wanted a HUGE pump so i tried 4 getting it barely half way up when i ran outta breath -I normally just do 55x10 3 sets and i usually fail on set 3 at around 8 reps.. so also a huge gain. Lat Pulldowns 100x10 110x10 120x8 140x5*Failure i was shooting for 6 I normally just do 3 sets of 100x10 and fail on set 3 around 7 or 8. Straight bar curls 70x5*failure, i already had huge pumps from the EZ bar so i had to press as hard as i could to get these out.. i was just showin up my friend lol i normally do 3x10 of 55 lbs. and i fail on the 3rd set around 8 reps so big gains there. Tricep Extensions i picked up the 40lb dumbell and did like 5 way to easy so i put it back 45x8 45x8 50x5*failure i normally use a 35x10 for 2 sets and get close to failure i cant do 11 after the 10th rep on the 2nd set... big gains.. Tricep pull downs. 50x10 50x10 60x8*failure I usually do 40x10 2 sets. then 50x8*failure big gains here also Bent over rows 55x10 55x10 60x10*failure i was so tired i normally do 50x10 2 sets and im pooped. So overall i would Reccomend No-Xplode my first day and it made me feel huge, my veins were going crazy, the only downside is when i got home about 10 minutes post work out i was very jittery, but it will be worth it, even my friends noticed my veins were about to blow outta my arms compared to normal, also my pumps were WAYYY bigger than ever. Right when i put away my dumbells from my last exercise "bent over rows" i mixed up my Scoop of Cellmass and took that. I got home 10 minutes later waited another 20 minutes and took my 2 scoops of 100% Whey Protein w/ water. Overall i felt great lifting i hope these results happen every day. |

Wow glock...that's CRAZY! I think i'm getting some whey rather soon...i'd like to get some. I've been lifting every day for a week, well not on weekends i guess. one other huge thing, i started abs again! I'm not doing the old routine i had, as results weren't as good with that. I'm doing less crunches, but holding them now. Also, i've incorporated more oblique and side work into my routine. My parents heard the word whey, and my mother...who knows nothing about basic nutrition said supplement. This immediately got my dad into a one track mindset, and he was so hell bent on not having me take "one of those supplements" that even though i've read nearly every god **mn sticky on this board, no amount of anything i knew could convince him. I love my dad, but i wish he wasn't so set on things sometimes.
Anyways, i'm going to have him talk to my uncle, who's also a doctor. He knows his stuff, and will tell my parents what i've read. I'm going to talk to him before he talks to my parents when i get my physical from him. I think this could really bode well, as it will serve as the bridge between my traditional american kid 3 meals a day diet to a 6 plan with the right amount of protein, carbs, etc. When i said i should be eating 6 meals a day to better get to my dad's ideal all-protein-through-food/stay the hell away from the s word (supplement)....he said "you're not ivan drago building machine". It wasn't in an angry tone..just in one of him thinking he knows what's best. |

Yeah so ok, today i was kind of mad but ill put a mad face when that part comes...
this morning i had a bowl of Raisin bran crunch with skim milk at school i didnt bring anything for a healthy snack so i had to wait form 8 til 12:15 to eat lunch, i had a homeade Chicken Chili with a lot of beans, tomatos, peppers, and corn, its delicious and im guessing its pretty healthy. I also ate a huge orange for lunch and a VERY VERY small peice of "school cake" probably 1.5x1.5 inch.... So i am sitting in math class its 3:15 so i down my No-Xplode 2 scoops, and my workout usually begins around 3:37 right after school. So i get there and put plates on my bench and i do it 10x to warm up. then a teacher comes in and says "do you guys have a sponsor to watch you?" note the mad face... so we look for about 5 minutes to find a sponsor and nothing. So my friends like ok i have a curl bar and a bench at my house, so him and i go over there..but my no-xplode was barely in effect since i didnt get to lifting til actually 50 minutes after i took it I already did....135x10 140x10 155x8 165x6 175x4 *failure on 4 then i did curls.. im almost positive his ez curl bar was 10 so ill go by that.. 60x10 60x10 65x8 70x6 75x3*tried for 4 but i failed and i was so red in the face lol even a grunt!! Skull crushers 30x10 Way too easy but a warm-up 45x10 45x8 55x6*failure Forearm reverse curls 50x10 50x10 50x10*non failure but it burned i got done and then went and took my Cellmas (1 scoop) i got home and about 40 minutes later i had my ON 100% WHEY (2 scoops) with water.. later on i did about an hour of DDR on heavy, then did 2x10 dips then Weighted dips w/ my hands on the bench and my feet on an adjacent chair with 60 lbs in my lap 10x 10x 8x Currently im having another bowl of that chilli and around 8ish i had a granola bar... tomorrow morning i will wake up at 6 and do my DDR for prby close to an hour, as i heard great things from morning cardio/activity and it seemed to work for me before when i did HIIT but i got soo bored of that and it was tough in the morning.. then ill prby take a Protein shake (1 scoop) and a bowl of raisin bran.. any comments are great! |
