Default my new split

Today I switched to a split workout I hit chest and triceps today I did 3 sets of each of the following
chest
declined flys
bent arm pullover
dumbbell press


triceps
lying triceps press
ezbar triceps press
skull crushers

I got to failure and will hit it again before I go home @5 today

tomorrow is legs and forearms I'll let you know. I appreciate any input from any one as well.

today was legs and forearms

3 sets of each

legs
hack squat
leg ext
leg curl
calf raises

forearm
curls
revers curls
behind the back curls

good burn today
chest and triceps are killing me from yesterdays work! I am pretty excited about that!
