You need to do some serious re-evaluation of your routine. A nice 4 day split is in order...Way, way too much for one day IMO.

Thumbs up

I am going to a split next week this was a 4 week plan that was designed to get my body used to the work load. I have not worked out in 12 years. so I thought that a total body workout would be more beneficial to me in the beginning so that I could hit everything 3 times per week. I also was running to help burn fat 3 days per week as well I have lost 31lbs so far I am looking to get down to an "in shape" 215 to 220. About 50 more lbs to go. Thanks for your in put I am new to this and appreciate all the help I can get. I am researching splits as we speak.
