Last week i hired my trainer and started out. I've been eating 5-6 meals a day.
Breakfast Weight Gainer Lunch Weight Gainer Dinner Snack Weight Gainer before bed We started last Wednsday. Cardio on bike Squats Weighted Squats 90 lbs Triceps Friday Cardio abs Back Shoulders Bench, just the bar! Haha Monday Cardio Pectorals Triceps Back Weight today 133lbs I don't know if its wishful thinking but my arms seem thicker, and my pecs have some shadow lines and lower abs seem more defined |

Hey bobert hows it going brother....you and i are on the same boat. I weight just as much as you do so im guessing youre trying to bulk, correct? what weight gainer are you taking by the way? from what it sounds to me like off the top of my head, it looks like youre relying a bit too much on your weight gainer unless youre eating mass meals when you say you are.......in between every meal you should have a snack like maybe a sandwich and a snack or maybe a protein bar even.....but something light to keep you full JUST ENOUGH to give you enough space to eat your next meal.

the weight gainer is GNC weight gainer 1850. You are supposed to take it 3 times a day. Its pretty thick and fills me up, I use it as a meal, I eat regular meals the other three times daily. I used to only eat once or twice a day.
Yea it does look like we are in the same boat, we should def help each other on the way. My goal right now is to his 160 lbs, long run I'd like to be 180 lbs. I am 5'8 |
