I lifted weights again today. I feel like I am already getting stronger and I seem more motivated to go into the gym again. Here is what I did today, the sets include warmups.
Flat Bench 3x8, 1x5 with heavy Squats-3x10 Leg Press-2x10 Military Press-2x8 DB Rows-1x8 Dips-1x8 Skull Crushers-1x8 BB Curls-2x8 That is it. On my last set of Bench, I put 155 on and did it 4 times right after my last set of 8. I am very confident that I could do it about 6 times if I was fresh, so I think I am getting stronger.
