Default Stunmai's Journal

Figure I would record my start date and progress, to see what results are achieved in a year.

9-1-05 154 lbs, the most I've weighed (feel healthy at 146), been eating a little too careless and drinking like a fish.

Started eating better and walking/running daily, although have to watch out for knee problems.

10-1-05 Joined a gym, lots of cardio and eating extremely light and healthy. Alternating days of cardio with weights, doing 3 sets of 15 with everything.

11-1-05 Down to 143, maybe less, starting to feel great, although 'lean,' am wanting to build more muscle. Start increasing protein with bars and shakes.

12-1-05 Have started doing more weight/less reps, typically 8-10 reps.

2-21-06 Started with a personal BB trainer, 3 times/week, what a difference, working harder and longer than ever, learning lots, eating 8 times/day. Now working a specific body part each day instead of whole body every other day. Small amount of cardio only once a week now. (my rest day, lol)

3-1-06 Increasing carbs even more, trying to bulk. Trying some energy drink samples. Weight is now 153, and plateued for now... My upper body is defining and I'm very happy with the progress, legs are stronger, but some of the weight IS going back to my stomach, which I'm not too happy about...

3-13-06 Time to buy a supply of energy drink, store rep suggested No Explode or Kreation, leaning toward Kreation, so I bought it. Don't see it mentioned on the forum here though...?

Picture posted is from last October, when I started dieting and started the gym. Hopefully I'll have an 'after' pic one year later, in October 2006.

Had a great workout week (last week) and laid low over the weekend, letting the muscles rest and grow. I feel great right now, like I have reached another level. We've been working the triceps, back, and shoulders quite extensively, and I can't wait to see what happens when I hit the next level, say in 3 months. BTW the Kreation I've been taking now for about 10 days must be contributing, this is the Kre-alkalyn type of Creatine. Really looking forward to some hard workouts this coming week.
