Hi all..since I have started cycling monohydrate this month I figured that I would stay focused on my work out routine since I want to see the gains I get from it and have a back up source of confidants so that I can get feedbacks from you guys. I work out mondays , off on tuesdays, wednesday,thursday, friday and saturday, off on sundays.

Mondays: Backs only workout
Deadlift( Sumo style)
185 by 3X10 25lbs increase each set
Bent Over Barbell
185 by 3X10 25lbs increase each set
Barbell Shrugs
315 by 3X10 no weight increase
Lat pull Downs
100 by 3X10 20lbs increase per set
Stiff Legged Deadlift
215 by 3X20 no increase per set

Tuesday:OFF

Wednesday: Chest
Flat Bench Press
215 by 10X3 with 2.5lb increase each set
Inclined Bench
215 by 10X3 2.5lb increase per set
Narrow Grip Bench
185 by 3X10 no increase
Incline Dumbbell Press
80 by 1x10
90 by 1x10
100 by 1x10
Cable CrossOver
50 by 3x10

Thursday: Bi's and Tri's
Triceps
Skull Crushers
75 by 3x10
Straight Bar Press Down
100 by 3x10
One Arm Reverse Cable
50 by 3x10
Lying Hammer Extensions
50 by 3x10
Biceps
Straight Bar Curl
75by 3x10
Hammer Curls
50 by 3x10
Straight Bar Cable Curls

Friday: Legs

Squat

Well there's my workout..If you guys think of some more additions that you can think of that I lack then that would certainly be a lot of help for me. I appreciate evry comment you may have but please be serious so that I can take it in the same manner. This has been implemented since the 1st of march. Thanks again for your time.

Default wednesday: chest day

did the usual yesterday..as said before, I am on monohydrate so I took one scoop prior and one after workout. the chest is pumped like a mofo after yesterday's workout and feeling a little bit of soreness all around the chest area..Thinking about taking glutamine to off set the soreness but as of right now I really don't think it's that bad so I wont until I really feel the need to take it.

I will probably up my chest work outs to 25lbs all around to start next week's workout as my starting point and same weight increase increments. I desperately need a workout partner. Anyone workout at 24 hour fitness around san fran/ bay area? I could use a good workout buddy Oh well I'll just have to rough it out I guess.

Here's what my supps look like

Fish Oil Omega complex
Rampage protein Bar 30g
Creatine Monohydrate (GNC Pro Performance)

I don't use whey for anything other than right after I work out...but for getting the protein to your muscles fast after a good lift nothing beats whey!

Yeah youre right. But I do have a little investment where I made a bet that I could not take any other supps other than what I listed to have the same gain as Ce2 with creatine mono.

Dang. I didnt expect to be so sore from the endurance reps that I am currently implementing in my workouts. I thought creatine was supposed to offset the build up lactic acid??

Anyways I am in this training where I am doing 3 sets of 20 in all of my exercises and it is a killer..I had to lower all my starting weights down so I can actually do 20 reps.

Anyone else doing the endurance exercises??

I thought you weren't using supplements?

Either way Creatine only helps a little with DOMS...I don't believe that it really affects lactic acid too much...just helps you recover quicker...

LOL...sorry to mislead you....I am only allowed the three supplements to take which are Fish Oil, Rampage Protein Bars and Creatine MONO, in place of the Cee..

I am actually thinking I am in the losing end of this bet. so far I am in week 3 and I am not even close to the gains I've made when I was supplementing with Cee at about week 2..

Oh well. This will push me to go harder, I guess

I am up to 190 lbs my self...I am 6'2" though so I still feel pretty thin...Still pretty good though considering I weighed 140 lbs in May 05'.

wow! that's a pretty good gain, you and I are in the same boat..I am currently 190 down from 220..but I am only 5'8" so you got me by a mile on height..maybe I will grow some more....NOT!!!

Have you posted any pics yet??
maybe it would be a great motivation factor if you, buff and I start a sort of contest or something...you up for it??
